the VBA program.  The full refund will be in the amount of $989.10 which will be deposited back to the account it was withdrawn from.  This refund is being processed now and will show as a credit in the next few business days.  Thank you,

Review: My mom had signed up for [redacted] Insurance through the Market Place and for some reason they gave her this value benefit insurance for 29.99 a month. After I noticed that they were taking this out of my checking account I called the 1-800 number and spoke to a [redacted] At this time I had requested that he stop payment coming out of my account. I told him that it was my checking that was being affect by the withdrawals and that my mother did not know they that had even signed her up for this insurance. I thought that this would have stopped the payments. I guess for a extra measure he needed to talk to my mom to make sure that she did not want this insurance. With that I thought that the problem was taken care of. I understood at that point that any money that was taken would not be given back even though I think that she did not agree to the extra insurance. Well come to find out they continued to take the money out and I was unaware for three months but this last month they took it out and it over drew my checking account. So this month alone I was out almost 85.00.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded at least for the last three month and the overdraft fees.

Review: I have been charged for an insurance product that I did not order, nor have I received any insurance policy. Apparently, they got my bank info from someone that told me I was buying major medical health insurance.

They drafted my checking account for 2 months of accident insurance @ $29.95 each. I sent a certified letter demanding that they stop the bank drafts, and refund the unauthorized payments. I got a $20 refund, but they refuse to return the full amount of $59.90. I am requesting the balance owed of $39.90.
