Value Card Alliance Reviews (5)

Value Card Alliance is not a

telemarketing service, [redacted] our Outside Sales Representative and owner contacted

and enrolled [redacted] with [redacted] after he was referred

by a current member of ours, [redacted] with [redacted]. The

/>

enrollment was done over the phone in which Mr. [redacted] provided all of his

business information including his federal tax ID number which could not have

been obtained without Mr. [redacted]’s consent (this is indicated in the attached

contract).

Our regular emails that we send out

are not “spam” and are free of charge. Our Direct Emails showcase our physical

inventory for all of our members to see and call in to purchase.  Our Travel email shows all of the current

travel packages we offer for our members to, again, be able to call in and

purchase. We also have a New Member email that reveals all of our new members

so that our clients can trade their services with them.

The $32.00 “opt-out fee” is

actually his acquired fees from our monthly admission dues which is $8.00. Mr.

[redacted] did not pay this fee for March or April which created a $10.00 late

fee in May on top of his monthly $8.00 for May as well and also a 0.48 cent

charge for postage which bring the amount to a total of $34.48. Mr. [redacted] is

now over 60 days past due and is correct in asserting that this fee will

continue to go up if it goes unpaid as it will add on $10.00 late charges.

Mr. [redacted] has been alerted by

our office manager [redacted] numerous times via phone and email about

these charges and to collect payment. At any time Mr. [redacted] could have

requested to cancel services with us before acquiring the fees, however it was

not until after the fact that he wanted to cancel his membership and Value Card

Alliance does not close an account that has pending fees owed on it.

The costs to be a member with us

here at Value Card Alliance was undeniably indicated upfront when speaking with

[redacted] to enroll. We will remove Mr. [redacted] from all upcoming emails we

send out and we will refrain from contacting him from this point moving

forward. We feel as though Mr. [redacted] has purposefully misled the Revdex.com, but in

light of taking the high road, we will close out the account and discontinue

doing business with him. Mr. [redacted] was fully aware of the charges before

enrollment which is stated in our contract and verbal agreement which applies to

each member that signs up with us here at Value Card Alliance. We graciously

regret that we were unable to showcase what our company has to offer Mr.

[redacted] because we strongly believe in what we do and the value that trade has

to offer.

Thank you,

Director of

Operations

[redacted] has been a member and fully aware of our fees structure - which happens to be the lowest in the trade industry anywhere.  She has been paying fees on every transaction without issue as shown on her payment history here since December of last year.. ONLY when she made a 3000...

plus purchase with her trade points to buy stuff from [redacted] and she over spent - so we allowed her to spend credits she didnt have in good faith - and she got her bill is when she decided she no longer wanted to pay fees that she had been paying since 5 months.  Since then this client has continued to harass - and threaten us by sending out public information that has long since been addressed in our company if we dont take her fees back.  We dont work well under threats to our company because a client does not want to pay their fees.   This member also illegally used our data base of members email addresses to solicit information to our members.  We have fully forwarded all this information and more to our attorney's office.  We will be pressing legal charges at this time in addition to having send this information to collections.  We do try hard to work with every member however calling and threatening from the first call is just not a great way for a resolution and again at this time we will fully be handling this issue through the court system. [redacted]

This member who was a client up until a week ago ran a mobile auto detailing business.  We had terminated their membership once prior for abusive language with another client.  We then let them come back to the network a year later and then again they called complaining about their...

fees.  There is a fee to be a member of VCA - it if 5% of the transactions you purchase.   This client clearly know this as they made 9 months worth of payments in a row.  Then on the most recent we did run their card as we always do and always run auto pay as it is all we allow.  The customer called and was the only one using abusive language.  We have this recorded call and can easily show this.  Our attorney has this and we are currently about 11 days out from serving them. We are suing them for non payment as they reversed that and for the barter that they owe.  Their call is be submitted on the suit and I am certain beyond  a doubt we will  win this court case  which is currently being sued for at 3640.58.   Thank for the notification however this client is unacceptable in every action they have taken including the slanderous lies here as there was never ANY fowl language on the part of VCA as these calls have been reviewed numerous times.  We will also be adding slander to the suit now as well.

Value Card Alliance has called "robo called" me numerous times over the last year. After talking to them directly 2 or 3 times a few months ago, the phone calls stopped. Recently they started up again so I called the company and complained but the calls keep coming. What is on the line when I answer the phone is a "fax tone". The caller ID shows the number calling is: [redacted], which is a number confirmed to belong to them. I have finally given up and filed a complaint with the [redacted] also.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,

Shaun Sater
