Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Yes, he already refund all my money now is no the money the problem here The person who write that note from the motel is a lier I ever check the room before rented they didn't offer that to me and I ever, ever, ever spend more the minutes in that room I arrived around 10pm and leave before 10:25pm for sure Dear Motel Manager: I know you gonna read this that's why I taking the time to send to youYou know the room what you assign to me was so disgusting,dusty,bad smells everywhere, has flys, ants and cockroaches everywhere you know thatYou have to do maintenance to your business other wise this kind of problems gonna keep coming to your mail just saying, is no my bussines is yours But what is really my business is when you said "I check the room before rented and I showed up in the office after hours asking for a refund" Is better if you retract your self to said that because I easy can accuse you to defamation and personal integrity ofence because I just telling the truth I can proof with my credit card recive the exactly time when I did the check (you have that recive for $check your self and attached next time you said this) in and then the exactly time when you refund the 50% was the check out time So, ¿are you gonna retract your self or prefer keep doing this.? they were not chemicals
You can see there was drugs on it a long black burnt line in the tin foil
My daughter almost stuck it in her mouth,she could have gotten really sick
And they did not care at all he just grabbed it and said they would throw it away and that it was okay.

do not agree to theircomments on the complaintBut as a precaution, after they checked out, we did deep cleaning ofthe room

Review: I checked in Value Inn and stayed over 30 days. I was totally paid up and I checked out when I went to check in again they told me that matanience smelled smoke in the room. I told her that I didn't smoke and she still wouldn't correct that and check in. I went to the next hotel next to her and she had called them when I left . It was a Supder 8 motel. When I was walking in the door she was talking to the other Hotel clerk on the phone. I called there corporate office in Milwaukee. The manager said that she wasn't surposed to put someone on a list for smoking she said that the hotel wasn't allowed to do that because it could have jusgt been matanience. I've gone back since than and they haven't corrected it as of yet. I want them to get this resolved. Every payment they recieved with know problem and we got had no other issues brought up jusgt that the clearner when I left smelled smoke.Desired Settlement: I would like an apoligy regarding the rejection of gthe last service. I want them to clear this matter up so that it want happen again.

I also want them to call Super 8 and apoligizes about calling them regarding me. I know what probably happen I told her I was going to call her corporate office and she tried to be smart by calling other hotels. Iwant to have the email me an apoligy and call or write a letter to super 8 and Quality Suites. She called Quality suites buit they really didn 't listen to her. my Email is [redacted]

Ms. [redacted] was added to our Do Not Rent list approximately a year ago. She was added due to smoking in the room, which is a violation of State Statute [redacted], and was consistently delinquent in paying for her room.

Review: I had booked a room recently, and it was the most disgusting, dilapidated room I've ever seen. The room smelled of mildew. My boyfriend dropped something on the carpeting, and it rolled under one of the beds. He found some used wrappers and other trash which had been under there for some time. He also discovered we had no toilet paper. He was able to take a shower. However, the next morning, I woke up and went to shower, and there was absolutely no running hot water, so I had to shower in cold water. I tried to use the microwave, and it wasn't working nor the range fan. There was more garbage under the other bed, as in old soda bottles with some old soda in them, a red plastic cup with dust on it, cigarette butts, and the most foul item was a container of moldy rotting frosting. The back window of the room was cracked, and one window in the front didn't open at all. The walls, doors, electric outlets and light switches were filthy and some outlets didn't work at all. I went to the front office to speak with the clerk and discuss the various problems with the room, mostly with the amount of garbage and no running hot water. I tried to be polite, but she was condescending and treated me as if I wasn't smart enough to know garbage was under the beds. I had the sense she thought I was lying. I said, 'I doubt I'll ever stay here again.' She replied with, 'I'm sorry' as if I inconvenienced her. I returned the room keys, and I stated 'I'm sorry' isn't good enough of an excuse, and I wanted a refund then and there. She refused, became rude and standoffish and said she wouldn't refund my money. Her offer was $5 off a room the next time I stayed there. I laughed and said, 'That's not an offer. That's an insult. I took pictures of everything, and I will be disputing this matter with my credit card company and notify the proper people.' She ignored me, and I left angry.Desired Settlement: I demand the entire amount I was charged returned immediately in the amount of $72.80.
