Review: [redacted], the [redacted], is not able to provide information on two orders of my clothing and linen that have apparently been lost or stolen. The first order consists of three winter items: 1) a navy knee length cashmire Carlisle sweater; 2) a white merino wool vest; and 3) a black and ivory wool Carlisle jacket. Each time I asked that [redacted] look into where were my winter items (around 5/**; 7/*; 8/*; and 8/**), he would ask me to wait until after inventory was completed or wait until after the holiday or the weekend, whatever the case was. Now, a second order, my best laundry, is missing (9/**) after a week and all [redacted] can say is 'I don't know' when I ask him where is my laundry for which I was charged and paid. [redacted]'s behavior is also unacceptable and abusive. Instead of being helpful, he is a bully and a chauvinist yelling and giving every kind of excuse. In turn, he yells louder when his customers respond in kind. He also refused to provide the cleaner's [redacted] name or contact information.Desired Settlement: My winter items cost approximately $600.00Among the items in my laundry were an expensive white cotton bathroom rug from Gracious Home; yoga clothes from Lululemon; two towel sets (one white, one yellow); several pair of golf socks, several sets of cotton gym underwear; two "Black Dog" T-shirts. Approximate cost $600.00 Current Estimated Total Loss: $1,200.00
