I don't have a copy of the recall but I know that it has to do with the rear suspension armsThe recall is for any jetta built from 2011-I hope this will help

I personally agreed to reimbursement the customer for a replacement key to get cut($25) Each time the vehicle was brought to Van Horn Hyundai in Sheboygan previously, my service department covered the cost of a replacement key that we were told did not work I stand behind the reimbursement of the $25, the actual cost of the key

A new contract was signed on 11/21/and we will be taking care of the first month's payment

Our general sales manager has been in contact with customer and this has been resolved to our knowledgeWe will be re-contracting this deal at the maximum deferment allowed by Mazda and we are also taking care of the customer's first car payment

Customer has spoken with our sales manager Travis *** about addressing their concernsAt the request of the customer we will be taking the vehicle to our Van Horn Dodge service centerWe will provide a loaner car for the customer for the duration of the repairsWe will address the scratches on
the rim and take a closer look at the paint nicks on the vehicleWe will also be providing a vehicle detail once all repairs have been addressedCustomer will be contacting us to schedule a time to drop off the vehicle
