I attended their "Keys to Optimizing Your Social Security Benefits" presentation on October 27, 2015 at the Southwest Regional Library. They set up a free appointment to perform a free personalized Social Security benefit maximization analysis. I arrived at the appointed time and: Tim Van Houten did not even introduce himself; he never asked to look at my "intake paperwork" (a requirement for the meeting); did not ask for our SS benefit amounts. How can you offer a free personalized analysis if you don't ask for the numbers. The meeting lasted all of 8 minutes.
In 2015 my husband and I met with Tim V[redacted] to discuss the possibility of using his services. After the initial group meeting we made a one-on-one appointment with him and we are so glad we did. I felt he was someone who could be trusted and was not pushing his agenda. We did get our Social Security information for future reference which was helpful. I felt was very concerning about our financial situation and directed us wisely. I was shocked when he called me on my birthday later in the year. I would recommend Tim to anyone who wants to protect their investment for retirement.
