Review: I paid for [redacted] shoes and never received my merchandise and never return my $128.00 I asked them for my refund and they said they will look in to it and that was May of 2013. So I emailed them several times and they would give me the run around.Desired Settlement: I paid for some [redacted] black Horn back Baldwins shoes !

Review: On 17th June I placed an order for two pairs of shoes from the company. The order number was 4554. On the next day, money was debited from my account. However, as of today (3rd September) I have still not received my order. On about 1st July I e-mailed them to ask where my order was, and was informed that it would be with me by 10th July. 10th July came and went, so I e-mailed again to ask where my order was. Receiving no response, I e-mailed again on 18th July enquiring where my order was. I did receive a response from them this time that they were still waiting for the shipment to arrive in their warehouse; there had been a delivery, but was allegedly too damaged to ship. They gave me a revised date of 27th July. 27th July passed and, again, no delivery of shoes. I have e-mailed several times since this date, but received no response from them. I have attempted several times to contact them via the telephone and have never, ever spoken to a person. I still have not received my order items.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. In the end I needed to purchase the shoes elsewhere, so would like my money back, please.

Due to an unexpected changed of management and staff in the warehouse, there were missed orders not completed.

We

are still waiting for our shipment to arrive. We were contacted by our

other warehouse today and were told our delivery has now been moved to

on or before September 12.

If date stated above is acceptable with you kindly get back us,

otherwise we will not do anything with the other until we hear from you.

We

again apologize for not exceeding your expectation and the

inconvenience caused to you. We look forward to continuing the mutually

beneficial relationship.

Review: I ordered 4 pair of shoes from this company, [redacted] stacked heel, order #[redacted], totaling $207.80 for the 4 pair. I returned 2 pair as I realized it was the same identical shoe as I had already purchased. After 20 emails the company finally contacted me and told me that the other 2 pair had not been shipped and I was to return the 2 pair using the return label they provided. I did as instructed, this was Feb. 24th, 2014. I was informed by Jason that the credit dept had my paperwork and would be facilitate my cancellation/refund .

It is now March 25, 2014, I've not heard from anyone, I have called the listed number several times only to get the message ' this mailbox is not accepting messages as the mailbox has not been set up". How are you suppose to get in touch with someone when every number they have listed gives you the same info...[redacted]; [redacted], all give the same message.

The money has been taken out of my checking account, they did that the minute they received the order, too bad they can replace it as quick...I WANT MY REFUND AND I WANT IT WITHIN A 3 DAY PERIOD. These people are fraud, poorest customer service I have ever dealt with, no concern for the customer or the issues at hand. They should be closed down!!!Desired Settlement: To have the entire amount of $207.80 refunded to my account. The two pair of shoes were $103.90 for 2 pair of which they took out of my account on two seperate occasions, 2/12/14 & later that same day, 2/12/14. I have been seeking a refund now for over a month, this is just not right in how you treat your customers. I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE TO THEM!

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes online from this company in April of 2013 and have not received them. I have made repeated attempts to contact the company through email and phone messages. I have not received a response from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the product I ordered.

Review: I paid with [redacted] and they did not credit me when the item was not available instead they kept the money and said they would order the item.

Then they kept stringing me along saying the item received had to be reordered as first item came in damaged this way they pushed me past the 45 days [redacted] protection window. I contacted them to cancel the order and they said they issued a credit inquiry on 8/16/13. I have proactively followed up regarding the credit and do not get a response from the business and have not received the credit. I think the business is bankrupt or closed and committing fraud on the internet ripping people off. I would like them investigated and some help getting my money back.

I contact them at the above email through their website and do not get a response. I call the toll free number and get voice mail and I leave messages that they do not return.

If the business is no longer operating they have a web site up and are stealing money from people, please help.

Review: On Oct.30, 2013 I used the Internet site (URL) MenShoeNet to order a pair of [redacted](black), size 7 shoes.

I filled out all the necessary information and used American Express Prepaid card to cover the cost of the shoes.

My American Express prepaid card was charged $91.95 for the shoes. I received e-mail from MenShoeNet, on that e-mail the order #;

the purchase date ; my shipping address(residence); shipping method that states free 4 to 7 business Day Delivery the item purchased(shoes 1 Pair) and the price. The shoes should have been delivered by 11.08.2013. As of 11.19.2013 I have not received the shoes.Desired Settlement: Deliver the goods or refund the purchase price.

Review: Ordered Florsheim Noble shoes online on April 12 with Mastercard credit card and $93.95 was charged to the account on 4/15/13. Their email confirmed the order #[redacted]. On 5/2/13 the following email came: The estimated scheduled delivery date for your package is on or before May 07. On May 8th I sent an email asking about the shipment. On May 9th their response was "We are still waiting for our shipment to arrive. The other warehouse notified us that there was a slight damage and is not acceptable for shipment and were told estimate delivery date for your package is May 18." On May 9th I responded, "If the other warehouse cannot get the shoes in the mail to me by May 18th we should cancel the order and reverse the charges." May 25 I again asked where my order #[redacted] was. On 5/28/13 they responded "... we decided to cancel and forward all documentations to our Credit department for them to facilitate your Refund/Cancellation." The refund has not been made to that account, nor have I received a refund check.Desired Settlement: Since the card used expired on 5/31/13 and our credit union switched credit card vendors from MC to Visa I asked them to send a check for $93.95. Neither have happened and when I call they do not return my calls. Thanks for your help.

We got in touch with our credit card company and disputed the charge

for failure to deliver the product (shoes). They have reversed the

charges from our account while they attempt to resolve this matter

with Van's Menshoenet-2.

Review: On June 29, 2013, I purchased a pair of men's shoes from MenShoeNet.com (sames as Van's shoes) for a total of $419.95. According to their shipping instructions, I should have received the shoes no later than Wednesday, July 10, 2013. My Credit Card was charged and I still have not received the shoes. I attempted to contact the company on numerous occassions by telephone and I always received the recording "we're not able to come to the phone right now, leave your numnber and we'll return your call". No one ever returns my call. I've called at different times of the day, always same response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to my Credit Card. I have no faith in this company. I'll purchase the shoes elsewhere.
