Review: I have many complaints about this place. First of all their customer service is horrible, after waiting 30 minutes to get my eyebrows waxed they finally called me. As I'm walking with the clerk (older Pilipino lady) she knocks on the door before we enter the waxing room. Once she opens the door and a young couple gets out of the room and bed where the customers lay down to get waxes was un folded and the towels that they had in the room did not look cleaned. Nothing in that room looked cleaned. I continue on to get my eyebrows waxed and as im getting them done the lady who was waxing my eyebrows keeps walking in and out at the room talking to other employees not even acknowledging that im in there. She takes about 2 minutes to do my eyebrows and when she finishes she says "Ok all done" and walk out and leaves me in the room didn't even bother to ask if they came out okay or handed me a mirror to see how they came out. As im still in the room the young couple who was in there before walk into the room and lay down on the bed while I am still in there. Once I get out I am very upset so I ask to speak to the person in charge. The lady who did my eye brows says that shes in charge so I explain to her why I am upset and she just sits there and laugh in my face while why I am telling her that I am upset. Then everyone started staring and then the real person in charge comes out and once again I explain to him what had just happened he apologizes and then tells me its going to be $7 for my eyebrows. At that point I am furious he is not making an attempt to fix the problem or even give me a sincere apology so I get even more upset and he ask me "Well what do you want me to do? You have to pay $7 because she already did your eyebrows." I could see that me speaking to him was not going to make a difference so I paid and left. I am completely unsatisfied with their service and felt like I wasn't taken seriouslyDesired Settlement: I definitely think I deserve a refund although I think that he should have not even charged me to begin with after everything I had just gone through.
