During construction of a house on lot next to mine Van’s Realty and Construction trespassed on my land and used it to store excess dirt from the digging of the foundation and in the process rutted up and killed of a portion of my lot. My lot is an hayfield and after they removed the dirt from my property there were ruts and they stripped the top of my land off leaving big equipment ruts and bare dirt in that portion of my lot. I contacted them several times before hearing back from them that the ruts were not deep enough to worry about and they intended to do nothing about the problem of my hayfield being bare dirt in that area. I spent an hour or two leveling the ruts and reseeding the bare dirt that had been left behind by them.
