I spoke with our salesperson yesterday about complaint Mrs *** had with their vehicleOur salesperson said that at the time of purchase Mr and Mrs *** were aware of the noise and did not have a problem with itOur salesperson ( Dan Vande Hey) called them yesterday and spoke with Mr ***
who agreed that they new about the noise at time of purchase and was not even aware that his wife filed a complaintThey never contacted us after the sale with any concernsMr *** is going to talk to his wife and get back to us in a couple of days. I would NOT recommend a used vehicle from this place. My truck was given to them for a week to repair it; and it was returned with paint damage during its stay with them. They are unwilling to fix the damages my truck has. I had to file an insurance claim. I also had to call the police to file a report, which the police said is a civil matter.

I have bought two used vehicles and have had bad luck with them. My parents are also unhappy with their used car they purchased from them.

I would also like to add that I was lied to over the phone about the total payment I would be taking on. I applied for credit and was approved. I was told 489/month, including gap, warranty, and life/disability coverage. When we sat down to do the paperwork, those 3 things were not included as quoted. I almost walked, but my wife talked me into signing because we bought a camper and paid for a campsite for that weekend.
