Review: The entire experience was horrible. The customer service was bad. I had to call various times to confirm dates, time and even had to give my address over and over to the gentleman that answered the phone. He consistently got dates and times wrong and did not show up, he had me wait and never showed up, then the last time he said he was on his way after I left work early never showed up then said he was running late, but when I called him back several times never answered or returned a message. Extremely unprofessional.Desired Settlement: Management to be aware of the persons behavior, and an apology as well as documented that business is unethical.

As of today, the company has not responded and honestly this is not a surprise based on the complaint it should not surprise you either. I do hope that they respond but I really doubt it. As they do not owe me any money, if they do not respond and not a part of the Revdex.com what is the best step to take next?
