I have been insulted by one of the staff members Sharon B! I submitted my official college transcript via email as I paid money for it and drove miles to FedEx to ensure everything was submitted successfully! This staff member sent me an email with the subject line: {Potential Scam} Official Transcript. I did send her a response letting her know I am offended! To say the least, she told me the transcript could be sent electronically. Throughout our numerous emails to one another I ensured her I had an official copy & I was looking for it! Mind you I have kept this official copy and scanned for several other professional businesses-none of which questioned my integrity. I am really done with this company! I advise anyone seeking a job DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!
