Vantage Development

On or about 8:00 in the evening 12 March 2016 my electrical power was broke down half of my unit has no power,living and dining room ,plug in,2.5 bath, master BEdroom, Stove, dryer ,garage plug in. On that night happen I call the attention of [redacted] ,after few minutes the [redacted] electrician arrived and check my electrical main power board located in the basement. There is 3 main wire coming from the outside Color white,Black and Red,when he tested those 3 power line he found out that there is no power running from the RED wire as totally.[redacted] electrician told me that he can't fix that power line because the Vantage Developtment is responsible or installed that line. As of this day three (3) months no stove , [redacted]. I have been contacting the Site in-charge her name is [redacted] ... He refer me to the [redacted] ,until now there is no assurance or exact schedule when they gonna fix this electrical issue....Desired SettlementFix this electrical as soon as possible .....[redacted]On June 20th, 2014 [redacted] took possession of his home with Vantage. He was currently living there for 19 months with full power services when this had occurred. [redacted] called Vantage Development on March 8th, 2016 due to an electrical issue stating he lost power services to half of home. [redacted] was called out on March 8th prior to phoning Vantage and advising us of the situation. [redacted] stating a wire was damaged and they are not responsible for the repair .. After we received the call we phoned [redacted] to go out and investigate the cause of the loss of service. [redacted] gave [redacted] temp power so he was able to run his furnace and have heat over the course of the time. [redacted] confirmed the issue was from a fence post that was previously installed in the ground which caused the power outage from the line that was between the 1st and 3rd house([redacted] supplied Vantage with a repair quote to run a new service which did not include trenching. This quote was given to the homeowner, condo board members such as President, Treasurer, as it was "common area" owned by the condo board where the damage occurred. Vantage advised [redacted] to get in contact with [redacted] and to make a claim as part of a insurance claim. [redacted] has been in contact with Vantage on numerous occasions which [redacted] has also been In contact with [redacted] to help out [redacted]. [redacted] had approved his claim the week of June 20th, and advised they needed a 3rd party to quote out the damage. [redacted] had received a call on June 30th advising they would send a "Payout" to the homeowner to have this repair but it was his responsibility to have it fixed. He would need to pay [redacted] directly if he was going to go with that course of action. Vantage is currently working on getting quotes to help out [redacted] so we can rectify this issue ASAP.
