Review: This started in 2011 which this firm sold 100 shares of mine without my authorization.
They sold the shares at 2 different times/dates (one day apart), and gave me the lower priced share sale not the higher one.
They then also sold 300 shares of mine without my authorization. I was short changed with this initial transaction.
Then in 2012 I was contacted and they said they could no longer hold shares for me, so I processed all the paper work as requested.
I happen to check 2 weeks ago if the shares had been transferred and was told no, over 1 year later.
I then started to re do all the paper yet again, and then they then informed me that the shares had been transferred. When I asked how many and the totals,
they gave me incorrect information again (they didnt trasnfer all the shares) they are short changing me yet again, just like they did in 2011.
And I am now back in their circle of confusion. I want to register a full complaint against this from , this firm shouldnt be allowed to operate. I also asked which
state agency oversees them and theya re refusing to give me that information.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of all my shares that were undersold in 2011.
I also want all my shares that were NOT sold to be transferred to the new company.
I also want ALL of the cash from the sale of the shares that were sold legitimately in 2011 to be transferred to the new firm as well.
