January 2nd, Dear Ms [redacted] , I would like to extend my apologies and make clarifications with how I will attend the issue of you not getting reimbursed for our services on March 11, and March 13, As discussed earlier, one of our drivers did not properly document your daughter’s transportation on March 13, This has led to our systems failing to bill her Medi-Cal insurance for that day, which resulted in us not reimbursing you for the tripThe $amount reimbursed to you for the services rendered on March 11, is the amount Medi-Cal paid our company for the tripI apologize our staff failed to properly and politely inform you of that amount before we agreed to take your daughter to her appointmentsI have attached a check for $which covers the $amount left from the $charge for March 11, and the full amount of $182.60, which is what we charged you for March 13, I am sorry for how this entire situation was handled and I would like you to know that Vantage is under new management that will resolve things in a timely mannerWe hope you can start the New Year off in better spirits and wish you and your daughter the best to comeSincerely, [redacted] Assistant Manager

Dear Ms. [redacted]:We apologize for your negative experience with us, and are working hard to resolve your issues, as well as prevent future incidents from happening.  We will revisit proper customer service and safety procedures with all of our drivers in light of your feedback. ...

Unfortunately, we stopped all service to the Fremont/Hayward area, and referred all our clients to another company more capable of meeting the needs of our patients there.  Our discontinuation of service to you was completely unrelated to the incident you described, and we hope you do not think we would no longer transport you to ignore your complaint.  As I found out,  there was already an insurance claim filed regarding your incident. We called to follow up on the claim and our insurance company assured us they were taking care of it. Please call our office and ask for me or Jim so we can get you up to speed with its status.

Review: This place is horrible! They got in an accident with me in their van because the driver failed to secure my power chair, Which caused me to badly hurt my legs and ruin my powerchair. I almost flew through the window shield because the driver didn't secure my power chair.I contacted the owner and he told me he would get back to me in regards to this matter, but he never did. Instead of fixing this problem, they told me they would no longer transport me, for reasons they were responsible for. They were never on time. They would not come on the right days. One of the drivers would make sexually comments to me. This company is a awful company I would not recommend it to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like my power chair fixed. My legs also were badly hurt. I want to reconcile it here, but if not I will take other actions.

Review: I used this service for my severely brain injured daughter on march11 and march13 to go to very important doctors appointments her vehicle was in the shop. I had to pay cash on those days and was told I would be reimbursed. I have made numerous calls concerning this matter. The amounts were$50.00 and $182.60 .Last week I received a check for $38.79 I called and asked what it was for she said it is for the service on 3/11 I said I paid $50 she said you don't get the whole thing I said what about the other ride well we have to research that to see if there was a ride I went to my checks and found both.I called back and they said they also found it.I am very upset because I had proof from the DR that she was at the appointments .I told the girl on the phone I have no recourse she said yes you do don't use our serviceDesired Settlement: I would liked to be reimbursed for the service
