Hello, Our store policy that is posted to our customers is a full refund on products that are unopened an unused with a receipt. If the product is leaking or the battery is not working properly within one of month of purchase we offer a replacement of the same product
for free. I believe that even offered a different product to Ms*** and she declined. You have to understand our side also, there are people who use our products and then try to return it for cashIf they do not have a receipt it may not even be theirsI am not saying that this is the case with Ms*** but it happens so we have to have a policy in place. Also she wanted to return a used bottle of e juice. This is not permitted in anyway, I can not accept open containers. I believe our policy is fare and better than most Vapor shops. Thank you for you time and consideration. As for her dealing with Joy Tech on her own, they are also going to offer a replacement not cash. Most companies are based in China for Vapor batteries and parts. Very few are made in the USA. However, of my my Ejuice only comes from the USA.Thank you,Sharon K***Roll With It/ Vape With It

It was just explaining as per our phone between you and I on March 25th that he went onto to our website as the pricing was being updated on some of our items.  He put in an order for 4 items with a 0.00 amount and paid 10.50 only shipping.   I refunded his 10.50 and offered for him...

to come in since he lived close and I would give him a discount for the inconvenience. I explained that our website was being updated and I could not send the items for free as he requested.  He informed me that he was calling his Lawyer.  Thank You,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
If I was trying to use the item and return it for MY cash back then I would have waited weeks. We were back in the shop the SAME DAY the item was purchased. I had a receipt in hand each time we went into the shop to deal with the unresolved leaking issue. I also have copies of the receipt that I had to send to JoyTech. Ms. K[redacted] admitted herself that most companies are based in China. So after dealing with the JoyTech rep why would I want another Chinese based item that could possibly end up with the same results? "We offer a replacement of the same product for free." This statement was never made. Every time we went in there it was "Oh we can fix this." Every time we had to go in they would take it apart and clean it and then waste more of the Ejuice that I paid for to replace it because it was leaking out of their faulty product. I wouldn't want the same product or another product for free. While I understand that a full refund may not have been given for the bottle of juice, it wasn't a cheap purchase. Why would I keep a bottle of juice that I am no longer going to use because I no longer wanted the product. While it is wonderful to hear that your Ejuice comes from the USA maybe you should find the few that are made in the USA to avoid the problem of faulty parts. The issues started the same day of the purchase, so obviously I wasn't trying to scam and get my money back. At this point it is a useless argument. I will see none of the money back and Ms. K[redacted] loses nothing out of the situation. I on the other hand as a consumer am out money and will never return to the shop for personal purchases or gifts.

Review: On 3/20/2015 I purchased an eGo One and the liquid to go with it. Within hours of leaving the shop the liquid started leaking. I returned to the shop and spoke to an associate. They removed the liquid from the machine, cleaned the o-ring, and replaced with more of the liquid that I purchased. Upon leaving the shop it started again. This went on for a few days. I just wanted a refund. I didn't want them to replace it. Joytech will only offer a replacement after sending it to California (They are a Chinese based company). I have been back and fourth with Joytech for months trying to get a refund since the company that I purchased it from to begin with would offer no help.Desired Settlement: At this point I don't use the machine or the liquid. I would like a refund. Total I paid $95.39.

Review: I placed an order on city vapors website. Some products on their website were listed for $0. I placed my order and was charged $10.60 and received an email receipt of my purchase. $10 for shipping, $.60 for tax. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received the products I purchased. I called them and they notified me there was a mistake with their website, and that they would refund me my money. I told them I wanted my order and she stated that I would not get anything. I don't want a refund, I want what I ordered as stated in my receipt.Desired Settlement: I want what I ordered. It is not my fault that they listed products wrong on their website.
