Ordered wrong product
I ordered 6 replacement glass as I often break mine. I didn't realize there were two separate types of tanks and that the one I ordered was the wrong one. On receiving my order, I realized the error. I called the business to return them. The business, Vapor Beast refused return, replacement or refund. I feel like they don't care. I'll not order from them again.

Positive! I have been using vape technology for over yearsHave seen a lot of businesses, come and goI use internet sites for over 75% of my purchases for vape productsTo make a long story short, without a lot of detailsI will have to say that Vapor Beast is the best site I have seen and usedThat includes current, up to date products, world class customer service, prices, and all the other myriad details of an excellent supplier

This customer was advised by our Customer Service Department that he could refuse the order to have the package returned to senderIn addition he was emailed a return shipping label so he would not have to incur shipping costs if the package has been opened.When ordering on our website, we clearly state before submitting the order: "CHECK OUT ALERT: Order Processing begins shortly after you complete your purchaseTherefore, we will not be able to edit your order after it is placed, so please carefully review prior to submitting.Again, please carefully review your order details and ensure you have selected the appropriate shipping option prior to placing order."We have apologized for the inconvenience and have advised this customer that we will refund the purchase when the unwanted item is shipped and shows updated tracking history back to us

Over a week ago I attempted to purchase a Smok ALand batteries from VaprBeast When I submitted the order, it indicated there was an error so I assumed the transaction wasn't completed I waited and never received any type of confirmation email or order number I was going to try again but then the website claimed the product I just attempted to order was out of stock With no indication that the first order was completed, I went to another online vape store (VaporDNA) and was able to make my purchase, which was successfully delivered Starting on 07/23/17, I received an email every day until July 26th from VaporBeast telling me my order was not complete and that they had saved the items in my cart This confirmed that my original order was never processed and they still wanted my business by asking me to complete the order On 07/31/17, I received a package from VaporBeast containing that order I received no confirmation email or any notification that the original order was completed and being sent to me I was no longer in need of the items because I had already received them from my purchase with the other business I contacted VaporBeast and explained the problem to customer service rep Shaina She informed me that the order was confirmed on 07/I could not understand how this was possible based on the multiple request to complete the order emails sent to me that I never responded to and never receiving confirmation of an actual purchase with an order number & shipping confirmation I told Shaina that her company still sent me an email wanting me to complete the order on 07/!!!!! A day after this order was allegedly finalized! I forwarded copies of all the emails I received from them to customer service VaporBeast is accepting the return but refuses to pay for the return shipping I went straight to the post office and sent it back, which cost me $ I think this is absurd to make me pay return shipping on something that was obviously shipped in error This was my first time dealing with this company and I can't trust the reliability of their website to try to make another purchaseIt's a shame that they're willing to lose a potential long term customer over shipping charges

I placed an order with this company on Friday 2/5/I qualified for free standard shipping 5-business days, and selected that methodThe following day I recieved a shipping confirmation and have been tracking my package sinceBy Wednesday 2/10/I surmised that there was a problem with the shipment as the tracking for the package still stated that my package had arrived at the San Diego postal facilityI first sent an email about this issue, asking someone to contact the postal carrier, no one emailed backI then called the customer service number the next day, and spoke with someone named *** [redacted] looked up my package, told me he would not look in to it further as it had not yet been business dayHe told me to call back when business days had passedSo fast forward to this past Wednesday 2/17/I called back customer serviceFirst call, no one answered msg prompted me to leave msg, I left msg with no call backI called back again later that day and I believe t

My name is [redacted] and I would like to submit a review based on numerous interaction's with this companyTheir customer service is excellentTop notch, and I have spoke with more than different people that work in various departmentsThey have been kind helpful and professional all the way throughThis kind of service you just don't see anymoreI call it old school mannersThis is how business should be doneI give them an A+ ratingI would especially like to mention the owner, Klorissa G, and Lance H, they have all gone the extra mile for me and have gained my loyalty as a customer

In accordance with our age policy, [redacted] , we requested the customers ID in order to proceed with the orderWe received the customers ID the following day and shipped the order via USPS On February 8th, the customer contacted us inquiring about her order, we apologized for the delay, refunded shipping costs and sent a replacement order via FedEx Priority Mail On February 10th USPS delivered the original order At [redacted] our goal is to deal with situations promptly and efficientlyWe apologize for the delay, and reacted when the situation was brought to our attention

When my first package arrived I was missing over dollars in productsWas only issued a store credit rather than a refund To add to this the rep said to me that if the local town did not allow me to sell flavored ejuice at my store they would refund my moneyAlso he said if for whatever reason the products didn't sell they would refund my money Now after months the products did not sell and the local tobacco enforcement officer told me that I cannot sell flavored ejuice After multiple emails and calls I have yet to have a resolution on this and I am out $

[redacted] I just placed a order with vapor beast for the first t time on 9/they had what I wanted at 1/the price every one else wanted and after I placed the order they were nice enough to call me and thank me and ask if I ever need help to feel free to call them no one online I talked to me like that they were very short & rude so I give them a+

Terrible placeOrdered from tgem for the first time and paid an additional fee so it would get here sooner because all my coils werw burnt up and I was stressing outAbout days later im wondering where the hell my order is so I call and they cancelled itThe reason for cancellation was because apparently they had sent me an email and wanted me to photo copy my drivers licence and send that to them I had no idea this was sent and now im smoking a damn cigar outside because stupid frikin vapor beast is a terribly ran websiteI spent dollars and will never be shopping online through them ever again and I strongly suggest going through a different website that isnt so darn difficult

I get weary of Vaping sitesThere's so many out there and not all are trustworthyThe part I needed was out of stock on the site I usually go through, and a quick google search later I found VaporbeastExcellent serviceAmazing shipping timeAwesome websiteI will definitely be using Vaporbeast in the future
