I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I came in to the shop to try and speak to you, but you declined to be there when you said you would beThe gentleman that was working was rude once again, as well as the owner was very rude on the phone and just kept saying he couldn't do anythingI had put the top on to my tugboat bottom, and thus taking it off it wouldn't come off as easy as it was put on then it proceeded to be ruined on the bottomI had taken it to many many different shops and have looked at several of the same time of top and it does look fake compared to the others that are suppose to be from the same line just a different colorI made sure I did my research before stopping byAlso the does me no good when I spent on it for one and two there's nothing about a sale price on my receiptI can't use it at all and that wasn't my fault to begin with, so I got screwed over and had to go somewhere else and I got an amazing set up that works and the other company was nice enough to compme some items due to your business screwing me over.

A refund of $25 was already given to you even tho we have a no return policy. We also didn't take it back when we refunded you and the item was already on sale when you purchased it. Just because another vape shop said it was fake doesn't mean it is true, we also have already went over the part that...

it is NOT spring loade. We buy directly from the manufacture and they buy from us, we have a great relationship ship with the manufacture and we will not jeapordize our relationship with them to sell a "fake" tugboat. Had you come back to our shop before going to another shop when it didn't work with your mod we would have fixed it for you, the other shop used pliers on it and completely ruined the threads on it so they have made it completely unusable.

I didn't decline to be there when we agreed to be there, I had told him to tell you that I had a emergency come up with business to deal with the manufacture of the tugboat. Also our store policy is No Returns or Refunds but I refunded you $25 against the store policy. Had you come back to our shop and not 3 other shops that obviously don't know what they were doing as they had ruined your $90 tugboat (RDA) we would have fixed for you and you would have been happy. You should not be filling a complaint against us but against the shop that ruined your tugboat. They are the ones that ruined it and made unusable. Let me put this into perspective for you, let's say you bought a brand new car, you took it to get an oil change somewhere but they broke your radiator while taking off the oil filter. Would you expect the dealer to fix the issue even tho the oil change company broke it? Obviously not you would expect the oil change company to fix it for you. I understand our store was out of your way to come back and get us to look at it but you went to a store about 5 minutes away from our store to get it fixed, when you could have drove an extra 5 minutes and went to the store that you bought it from. We have been open longer then the store you went to and we have longer store hours. You could have also called and said I am coming but I will be a few minutes late after store hours and we would have kept the store open for you until you came.
