Review: took the money from my card and never received any product. will not reply to e-mails.Desired Settlement: refund my money back to my card

Review: I had purchased a product from said company whom claimed to not offer warranty for high end products ok I get that but I purchased product on Feb 13, 2014 via internet didn't receive my order till very late in Feb by March 9th 2014 I contacted seller notifying them there product was not of high quality and in fact no longer even works and I will have no problem returning there product for a full refund of the purchase price to which they then replied that not only is their no warranty but also no refunds or exchanges which by the way ISN'T POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITEDesired Settlement: That they issue a FULL REFUND OF ENTIRE PURCHASE and not charge me angry restocking fee per their website

Review: I bought hundreds of dollers worth of equiptment from these guys, one day bought a defective charger.. anyhow took the charger back afteer a week, and the guy said it was my fault.. I know it was not my fault for I had another usb charger, I had lost and that one worked great.. and continued to tell me that my battery I bought, woulden't be covered either .. will never get anything else from these guys again. this is the location I bought it from 1116 S Coast Hwy, Oceanside, CA 92054

Review: 2 months ago I purchased the dominator, a high end rebuild able atomizer, when time came for rebuilding (two weeks later) no parts were available and I was told I could find the parts freely out in town and was given suggestions such as sears. After spending two day both going to the places they recommended and places I knew, no usable part (a spring) could be found. Going back to Vapure I was told I needed a slip of paper in the sales box before they could do anything, after a lengthy conversation I was told to wait while they contact the manufacturer. They contacted the manufacturer and I was told they needed the part to take pictures, I gave them the part they took pictures then said they got no answer. I was then given a BlogSpot address and was told to contact the builder directly. The address I had (first was invalid I returned and got another address) which after a month of trying still couldn't get an answer from anyone. Returning again I was told they do not support the items they sale and there is nothing they can do. I have been a customer for a few years, and has been several transactions that I see as fraud. When I first became there customer I bought a lava tube starter kit and within two weeks it burnt out, it wasn't until I gained more experience in vaping products that I learned it burnt out because the starter kit atomizer was the wrong resistance for the mod, they did charge me and I paid for the replacement. They also have what they call customer rewards programs, and every time enough points are built up that you should be able to get products at discount mysteriously there sales programs have been replaced and they have no record of any customers. (this has happened to me at least 3 times since they opened) I have bought many products with them, 2 lava tubes, a stv, lambo, segelli z-max, mechanical atomizers, tons of both flavored and unflavored liquids, saturns, rga's bulk wire/wick but the idea to me of selling a rebuildable product, wasting many hours of my time, and then being told out of luck, is just bad business as well as fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the dominator, and all my information erased from there computers as I will not be going back.

Review: I was helping my daughter as she needed a part for her electronic cigarette. I had the details written down detailing what she had and what she needed. They told me what they were selling me was what I needed. Not only was it wrong, it was not the proper brand, and was not even close. When I returned for a refund, they refused! I tried to explain that it had not even been out of the box and was in the original packaging. Said there no refund policy is printed on the receipt, but it is not printed on the receipt.Desired Settlement: I paid them in cash and the receipt shows that I paid in cash. The girl at the counter misrepresented their product.

Review: I have had multiple orders from this company, the last order they refused to take back their product because its against their policy as they say. I have purchased a 120 MG bottle of Nicotine juice (menthol Flavor) which was not mixed correctly ( too much menthol, burns the throat ) and nor the right size I have purchased. they then apologized for the inconvenience, and offered to replaced the 120 mg bottle with another bottle. now I have sent back the wrong bottle and paid for the shipping myself which I shouldn't have but I did anyway. I waited another week to receive the correct advertised product of 11gm of pure menthol 120gm Bottle, but sadly again it was wrong. the product now did not have any taste and menthol at all. I have spoke to the manager of online sales Mrs. [redacted] and another store manager regarding this incident and none of them decided to replace the wrong advertised product nor refund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund of the 120 MG bottle pure menthol e juice.
