Wonderful customer service same day service! The lady I take care of is 83 and her air went out we called [redacted] who we have called for years and they could not get her in even though they just replaced her thermostat. That was disappointing. We called Vardells and they came immediately! They understood the urgency due to her age and circumstances. They are fabulous! They are our new heating and air! Thank you so much for not only superior customer service but a caring company as well!
