My daughter, her partner and I met [redacted] of Vasilios corporation back in May of Neither my daughter nor her partner had credit to be able to get an apartment on their own, and I was unable to co-sign for them because I have no credit [redacted]  agreed for a fee of $75.00/month to sublet an apartment to them and provide a myriad of social services from job counseling and adult education (GED) to one on one counseling and group therapy the list goes on and on ad infinitumVasilios was more than two weeks late getting an available apartment for them and the rest of the services offered simply didn't existThis center is listed as a Christian relief center for those in need and uses the Jewish concept of [redacted] (charity) as a buzzword whereas in reality, all Vasilios really does is take money from those in greatest need of help and at highest risk of homelessnessI would strongly recommend staying as far away from this group as it is nothing more than a fancy new way for this slumlord to take advantage of the poor and needy

Review: Vasilios Community Development Corporation (VCDC) claims that they are a NON PROFIT agency to help those most in need. I went to them for assistance in housing. Mr. [redacted] stated that I needed to pay an "enrollment" fee in order to gain access to their service. I asked if I decided to no longer utilize their services that my money would be refunded to me. He also stated that for their housing services I would be charged an extra $100 a month on top of my rent to continue rendering services with them. I started to fill out the form but I was only able to put mine and my daughters name down when I had to leave. I never gained access to the services nor did I complete the forms. The next day I went to the office and the first thing Mr. [redacted] said to me was "I can't help you today". I informed him that I never completely enrolled or received access to the online services and he still declined to refund the money that he stated was refundable. No services were ever utilized by this company. This "NON PROFIT" organization preys on individuals that are in need of help. They are not here to help, they are here to take the money of those who need it the most. The first red flag should have been this NON PROFIT asking for an enrollment fee and then stating that there is a monthly fee there after.Desired Settlement: This business needs to be fully investigated.
