Review: I bought a used Vehicle in Febuary from the dealer and was told everything was safe and there were no issues. Started having problems with the engine, at first just needed to add oil which was strange as the vehicle was just purchased and wasn't driven that much. Then starting smelling a burning. When brought to the VW dealer I was told that there were oil leaks that were previously just sealed off. Because of the incorrect repairs initially that caused further issues. My comfort level with this dealership and its practices does not allow me to bring the vehicle back to them, as this is a safety concern.

The cost of repairs will be around $1700 dollars. I think a fair compromise is for the dealer to reimburse half the cost of repairs.

Review: Not only did they sell me a illegal car, they failed to take any responsibilities for the accident I got in. Car never passed emissions last time was in 2011 its 2014 now. Ignored my phone calls, failed to get new parts in my car when promised under warranty, made me drive in circles with their lies and dishonesty. Also lying about how much of a down payment I put to get approved for financing ( truth and lending act). Nothing safe about any of their cars every car sold out of that lot has had problems, non responsive , no consideration for other people daily lives and struggles. not safe cars, unreliable, dishonest, liars, scammers. just in utter disbelief that someone is allowed to do this to someone.Desired Settlement: I got a Lawyer Attorney [redacted] Law Group, they responded then trying to settle outside of court...yeah right

Review: I purchased a used 2005 [redacted] for $10,999. I reviewed the Car Fax report and had a mechanic inspect the car. After my mechanic's inspection, he found a few items that were in need of repair and made a list. Despite that he said the vehicle was in good condition. I submitted a list of items that were in need of repair to Veb to get the car ready for delivery. I then made the initial deposit of $1,700 on 3/1. At the time that the deposit was made, I was told that the car would be ready by 3/5. The vehicle was not ready by 3/5. I made another visit to the dealership on 3/3 to sign the remaining paperwork for financing and at that time, I was told the car would be ready by the end of the week. The next evening on 3/6, I was called and was told that the vehicle was ready. I arranged to pick up the vehicle the next day, 3/7. The car came with four new tires. When I picked up the car, the four new tires that came with it were not installed after I was told that they would be. They were still in the trunk. The next day on 3/8 I was on my way to have my mechanic inspect the car after the sale and the check engine light came on. After he inspected it again, he made another list of the items that were overlooked and not repaired before delivery. The next day on 3/9,I am driving and the there is a thick white cloud of smoke coming from the tailpipe. I pulled over & attempted to start the vehicle but the smoke was too thick for me to continue to drive.I called the dealer and arranged to have the car towed there. Since the car has been there, I have not received a clear estimate as to the completion of repairs. I attempted to reach the dealer several times on 3/13 and my calls were left unanswered. My calls were only answered when I called from another phone number and I was questioned as to why I was calling from another phone number. After the substandard and poor quality of the delivery of the vehicle and lack of follow up during the repair process I want a full refund of my deposit of $1,700.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my deposit $1,700. I would also like to transfer the financing from this car to the next vehicle I purchase.

crooks sold me garbage. I didnt even have the car for 2 yrs. and head gasket went. they promised me upon purchase what sets them apart is there policy when it comes to fixing cars. I was told that I would only have to pay for parts and not labor. So I called and explained situation and after finally being able to speak with someone they never heard of that policy. They are rude and sell crap cars and provide terrible customer service.
