No Shipment and no communication
I placed and order 11/20/2023 and received an order confirmation but nothing else. They do not answer calls nor reply to emails. This is the most horrible customer service that I have ever experienced and I do NOT recommend doing business with this company.

REVIEW!
Om 11/320 we placed an order for a LED light. We have paid, we have been issued a tracking number through UPS with the promised delivery date of 11/10. The item has not arrived and when tracking via UPS it states that the label has been created and has not even left the business. 11/11 with a promise date of 11/10 and it hasn't even shipped. We have verified that the money has been taken from our account. I have left 2 voice mails (since nobody answers and the phone goes stv), sent an email to customer service, and left a message on their Facebook page in the span of three days. I have not received a reply.

 Our policy is we never process charges until a actual shipping label is put on the customers box for shipment. The light ordered has been on backorder and...

is expected to ship next week.

Review: Through an online order, on January 19, 2014, I purchased 2 LED turn/marker lights and payment in full was made. I have left 3 voice messages and 1 email message for customer service to please update me on the status of my order. To date, no repsonse has been received.Desired Settlement: Either product delivery as ordered or full refund.

Review: On the date of January 19, 2015 we purchased 27 forklift blue spot safety lights. The order number for this purchase is [redacted], we recieved 25 of these lights but were missing 2 from the order. The bill has been paid and submitted to our financial office but we are still missing 2 lights. I personally have tried calling the number associated with this business and left a message. I have also emailed the company about this issue and have not received any call back or replies on email. Every time we call it goes straight to voice mail my message details my name and reason for the call I have left a contact number so that they may contact me but no return call has happened. We have both sales order confirmation and sales order packing list which shows quantities of amounts that were purchased and delivered.Desired Settlement: We hope to have the items that were not delivered on time to be delivered as soon as possible.
