Hello,We have completed a review of [redacted] [redacted] actual submission material and hiscomplaint Attached you will find thepromotion terms and conditions that coincide with the offer for the time periodof his purchase and the UPC proof that he submitted.As highlighted on the attachment, the terms and conditionsspecifically state that the purchase must be made between 9/1/and9/11/2014, and the submission must be postmarked no later than 10/11/Attached is the receipt that [redacted] [redacted] provided as well as the envelope thatit arrived in which shows a postmark date of 10/18/ The postmark is clearly outside of therequired postmark per the terms and conditions of the offer as shown on theface of the envelopeThe postmark is stamped by the [redacted] at thetime they received the envelope from [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] also provided the UPC that was proper for the item that he stated to havepurchased.On 11/8/a notification was mailed to [redacted] advising him that his submission did not qualify due to late postmark.Please note that we can only process what we receive by theconsumer and postmark dates are provided by the [redacted] and are accurate to theday the [redacted] receives the envelope for mailingThis submission was disqualified due to postmark however there isanother error on the submission [redacted] provided an invalid copy of the sales receipt as the item on the salesreceipt is not the proper receipt for the promotional offer he is claiming.The promotional offer is for [redacted] user, year The receipt provided by [redacted] shows thepurchase of three [redacted] USB cables which is not the correct product purchasedto be valid for the offer.Unfortunately, the errors in compliance with the terms andconditions of the offer by [redacted] disqualify him for the offer andtherefore this Revdex.com complaint is not valid and the offer has expired If we can be of any further assistance we arehappy to help.Thank you

Please be advised that your rebate has paid per the terms and conditions of the sponsor’s offer and will be in the form of a Visa/MasterCard paid in the amount of $ Also per the terms and conditions of the offer it specifically states to allow to weeks for processing once we receive your submission Your prepaid Card has been mailed by MasterCard and you should be receiving any day The card was mailed to Bartholomew StPeabody, MA We will be tracking its delivery to youAlso, as we have stated to you before, Velocity is merely the processor of the claims, the sponsor of the offer must release authorization and issue payments on the claims Velocity does not control the timing of the approval of your claim by the sponsor However your claim is still within the processing time stated on the terms and conditions of the offerTo reiterate on your other comment where you stated that this is a repeated problem, if you would reference your prior complaint back in May of where you stated that your submissions were submitted completely and timely Please recall that on that complaint there were two offers where on one you did not comply with the terms and conditions on the postmark date requirement and on the other you provided the wrong information and the wrong product UPC for the offer you sent in for You were also provided all of the documentation to support the fact that your receipt of the rebate was hindered by your noncompliance with the terms and conditions of the offers Again, Velocity is not the sponsor of the offers and did not sell these products to Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] purchased these items from the respective sponsors of the offer and they provide specific terms and conditions that are necessary in order to qualify for the offer and determine the payment on the offer Terms and conditions include providing the expectation for approximately when you will receive your claim if it is found to be valid

No it hasn't been paid, per their website, and it doesn't take two months to process a rebate, except for scam rebate companiesThe FTC said weeks is reasonableI allowed

Hello, please see the attached "other side" of the cardboard rebate form that you are referring to As you can see it does not contain the UPC code that you stated was there As you are aware the promotion requires the UPC in order to qualify and you have failed to provide it The UPC code is a barcode with a digit number that is on the packaging of the item you purchased If you are unaware of what the UPC code looks like I have attached an image that will show you as well.The materials that you have provided are not sufficient to qualify and does not provide the items that the offer specifically states you must provide If you have the UPC code please provide it If you do not have the packaging that contained the UPC code any longer we can still try to help you What we would need for you to do is take a picture of the pan front and back and upload them to this record and go to the store where you bought the item and have them provide a note with a name and a nunber stating that you have not returned th item and we canl allow that to replace the UPC requirement.Thank you

Hello and thank you for your inquiry Travis L** We reviewed your record and see that on 3/3, after the time in which you filed this complaint; you were able to provide the proper UPC from the actual packaging The UPC removed from the box is a requirement from the sponsor of the offer in order to qualify for the offer The sponsor does not accept the UPC number that is printed on the receipt or the packing slip due to their return policies Since you have provided the proper UPC for your purchase we have reprocessed your submission as now valid for the offer Your new tracking id is [redacted] .Contrary to what you stated in your complaint, this is not an attempt by anyone to find ways to not give you your rebate reward money Velocity, as was already mentioned, processes what you submit, we do not determine the requirements to qualify You simply need to follow the specific instructions and submit what is required in order to show proper proofs of your purchase If you fail to do so then you simply do not qualify and you are provided an opportunity to correct your error and re-qualify A UPC removed from the box and submitted as part of the proof of purchase requirements is a very common requirement on rebate reward programs.Since Velocity is merely the processor of your submission, final issuance of your reward is determined by the sponsor of the offerPlease allow to weeks to receive your rewardThank you

Hello, We received a call from you on 4/23 and during that call it was explained to you that the [redacted] store where you purchased your item had placed their own Barcode over the required Manufacturer bar code and therefore it was not recognized as valid for the offer. We then... explained that we confirmed the product purchase barcode through [redacted] and the manufacturer and have issued your rebate reward to receive approval and send to you. Thank you for your inquiry Mr***, Your referenced Frys Electronics, Enermax reward has been provided to you and we show that it was cashed on 5/1/17, check number ***Unfortunately Velocity does not dictate when the Sponsor of an offer approves a reward claim and provides payment to participants in their reward offers. You spoke to our customer service regarding this reward on 3/31, 4/7, 4/19, 4/(twice) and each time we provided you a status update as to Sponsor approval. Velocity does not provide approval or payment on any offer, we provide the processing and once approval and payment is given by the Sponsor, this is when your reward is sent to youWith reference to your comment regarding call backs, after we previously provided you updates as referenced above, at times you stated your name was *** and other times *** when you called in so it made it difficult to reference your record for a call back as we do have many people in our data base with this last name. You have over submissions in our database over the past months and we do need to be able to reference the appropriate name and specific submission to initiate a call back even though we did provide you a status on this particular submission each time you called inWe apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced for delays on Sponsor approval and payment of your reward.
