So happy with the customer service and honesty, highly recommend. Velocity Mechanical came out to replace the compressor on one of our AC units because we were told by an apparently unreliable source that it was the reason our unit wasn't working. This is a very costly repair and we were dreading having to pay for it. After looking at the unit, Troy fixed a few wires that were incorrectly attached and the unit kicked on. After looking it over he told us that the compressor was fine! Our AC was up and running not even 15 minutes after he arrived - his honesty saved us so much money and for that we are so appreciative! We will use them for all our AC/Heating needs in the future.
Called velocity to come check my new unit because it was having a hard time keeping up in the heat of the day. [redacted] called when he was 30 minutes away to let us know he was close.Upon arrival, [redacted] was very pleasant and professional. He checked the unit, the thermostat and even got in the attic to check the air handler(it was 114 that day). [redacted] cleaned the coils, adjusted the thermostat,replaced our filter and gave very good advice on how to operate the unit moving forward. All this and there was absolutely zero pressure for any extra charges on stuff we didn't need. I will use him and his company for good,very positive experience. Great job Velocity!!!!
