I cannot put a monetary value on all of the very important documents and pictures that were lost when I was movedHopefully $ is enough the originals are now gone and must be replacedThis should cover any fees,I filed a claim for the broken file cabinet but it was Denied
due to time constraints

The customer received from us a Non-Binding Moving EstimateTherefore the customer is responsible to pay for the labor hours as long as the movers are moving the customer belongings.

I don't see why I have to go threw an insurance company to be paided back for my vaccum cleanerVelocity Moving and Storage should pay me directly

I don't see why I have to go threw an insurance company to be paided back for my vaccum cleaner. Velocity  Moving and Storage should  pay me directly.

Review: I hired Velocity for a 3 part moving job - collect my things, store overnight, and deliver the next day.

I received a total moving estimate of $800 - reflected in the quote that was sent to me.

Upon delivery, the moving guys said that quote only covered the first part of the move, and I owed an additional payment based on the labor it would take to bring my boxes up to my apartment.

I spoke with their [redacted] who was incredibly rude - claiming I wasn't being fair to the moving team by not paying them for their hard work.

It's simple - I thought it was included. In fact, I was told it was included. For them to send me a total moving estimate, and yet demand more money for a part of the job that was included, is unacceptable.

They also lost two items in my order and I am still working with them to resolve this.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed $301.60. The extra amount collected upon delivery.

If my two items are not located, I would like to be paid an additional $200 (which is far below their actual value).
