Rude customer service I was given the wrong order and I was told that I had to keep the wrong order without refund or getting my order fixed....I waited at the window for 30 minutes and not even the manger came to resolve the issue they hung up in my face twice. I wasn't rude nor did I get out of hand with them. Never in my life have I been treated so rudely. It wouldn't have hurt anyone working there to fix my order and keep a customer but instead I will tell everyone I know to now eat here. Customer service means absolutely nothing to this place and I won't stop until something is resolved.Desired SettlementI want an apology

Called in order to be ready & picked upby 6pm. Was there @ 6 & they had not started cooking it yet. Called to talk to mgr & she wouldn't give her nameI called in a dinner order at 5 pm on 29 Jan 2016. The little girl said it would be ready in 10 mins. Told her we would be there @ 6pm to pick up. Got there @ 6pm and they had not even started cooking it. They were not busy, employees were texting on cell phones or chatting with friends. Order was not packed right and the hot food melted the cold food. They did not include everything we ordered and we paid $90 for the entire order. When I called to talk to a manager, the little girl I placed the order with said she was the manager but would not give me her name and started yelling at me.Desired SettlementI would like to speak to a REAL manager or the owner. I do not like to be yelled at by anyone, especially a child. I want him/her to know how customers are being treated by their employees.
