I absolutely love the product. The business aspect may not be for everyone but the product speaks for itself.

When I heard about vemma, I thought it was all just a scheme to get young people to join so those who are up the tree can benefit. But, I realized that those people got there because they worked hard and studied everything there is to know about network marketing. It is an opportunity available for everyone, unfortunately, not everyone will do well with Vemma. If you are motivated not just to do business, but to also share the great products with other people then you can get somewhere with vemma.

This business is about helping people of all ages better their health and achieve their dreams. Everything is legitimate and the people you will work with in this are incredible. Truly an amazing opportunity.

Vemma is the best thing since sliced bread! Honestly, I've never had such an experience with any other company. I would recommend them to my family, your family, the whole world! Customer service is top notch as well. No complaints, just thumbs up.

Hello! I am a Vemma Brand Partner and Customer. I absolutely LOVE this company. The products make me feel healthy and good. I get paid well by sharing them. The system the company has set up is FLAWLESS. The customer service is always responsive. A lot of people file complaints because there are brand partners that don't tell the complete truth about the business opportunity... do you research on the compensation plan. This is the opportunity of a lifetime and it's products are phenomenal.

Review: I bought energy drinks from the company and was it set to auto delivery without my authorization over the summer. I let it go once and changed the status and it happened again. Now my account was debited and they are shipping the product again.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and I refuse to pay for shipping. I also want assurances that auto shipping will never happen again.

Review: The company used my charge card to order products and ship to my address. Charge card was charged over $4,000 dollars and I have paid to ship all products back, ($360) and they want to prorate the products they received. I'm out about $1,700 dollars.Desired Settlement: I wish to be refunded for all monies fraudulently charged to my account and shipping costs.

She has been refunded 100% of all orders she placed with Vemma Nutrition Company. [redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted],This letter is in response to your correspondence dated February 19, 2014 regarding complaint ID#[redacted] from [redacted]. Vemma Nutrition Company is a direct selling company that markets dietary and nutritional supplements to customers through a network of independent distributors referred to as “Affiliates.” Affiliates are independent contractors eligible to earn weekly commissions based on their volume of sales. Ms. [redacted] joined Vemma initially on January 16, 2014 through a third party internet marketing company, [redacted] ([redacted]). [redacted] is not owned or operated by Vemma Nutrition Company. At that time Ms. [redacted] placed an order through [redacted] for a Starter Media Pack, totaling $332.56 including tax and shipping. After further discussions with her enroller [redacted], Ms. [redacted] opted to upgrade her account to maximize her earning potential and ordered additional product. According to Ms. [redacted], she called in to our customer service department to place an order on Ms. [redacted]’s account with Ms. [redacted]’s consent. She ordered a Gold Pack totaling $1126.20. She then went online to order an additional Gold Pack, totaling an additional $1126.20. A 3rd Gold Pack was placed on Pia [redacted]’s account online. This was done by someone who had access to her username and password. This triggered a ‘red flag’ in the Vemma system resulting in our customer service department contacting Ms. [redacted] to verify that she did want to large volume of products that she had now ordered. Ms. [redacted] asked customer service to cancel that third Gold Pack. The order was cancelled immediately and a full credit was issued on January 22, 2014. On January 28, 2014 Ms. [redacted] called in requesting to return partial products from her first order (Media Pack) in addition to the two Gold Builder Packs she ordered. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) was provided and she was advised that she would only be refunded for the products she returned. She was offered shipping labels at a reduced cost through Vemma but refused, stating she would shop around on her own. She was also advised that a monthly autoship was set up for her and she cancelled the autoship at this time.On January 29, 2014 we received call from Ms. [redacted] along with an agent from Capital Bank. Notes on the account indicate that Ms. [redacted] stated she was unaware of any of the additional charges from Vemma. Our customer service agent reviewed the charges with Ms. [redacted], advising that the orders had been placed on the phone and online by her enroller, [redacted]. We later received a phone call from Ms. [redacted] and reviewed the charges. On February 7, 2014 we received a partial return from Ms. [redacted]’s first order. 100% credit was issued for all the products she returned minus shipping, per Vemma’s policies. Within the next few days we also received the two Gold Packs that she initially ordered and full credit was requested for both of those orders minus shipping. We advise customers that credits may take 7-10 business days to reflect on their statement. The credit process was started at that time. On February 18 we received call from another upline leader in Ms. [redacted]’s organization, [redacted], inquiring about the credits. Ms. [redacted] requested that all shipping charges be refunded. This request was initially denied as an offer had been extended to Ms. [redacted] to purchase return labels through us at our cost and she refused, however we did make an exception at this time and issued credits for the shipping charges Ms. [redacted] originally paid for her products. We then received the Revdex.com complaint on February 19.Vemma takes great pride in its world class customer service; therefore as a onetime courtesy to Ms. [redacted] we have issued an additional credit in the amount of $367.34 which is the amount Ms. [redacted] paid to ship all of her returns back to us. The credit was requested on Friday, Feb 21 and takes approximately 7-10 business days to reflect on Ms. [redacted]’s statement. In addition, Ms. [redacted]’s account has been terminated to insure no further charges. We appreciate the opportunity to respond and hope that Ms. [redacted] finds this a satisfactory resolution to her complaint. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####. I love this company!! Never missed a check and everyone is super helpful!! Timing is everything!

This company has two clinically studies on both their Vemma and Verve products. These drinks don't just taste great in my opinion but they also are very healthy for the human body. For the business side I think it's such a smart way to do business. BK Boreyko who is the CEO literally gives his affiliates whatever his affiliates ask. For example, we asked for videos and we got them. We asked for a cheaper product for the people who says it's "too expensive" and he did just that. BK pours in to his affiliates to make them all as successful as possible in this company. He does not want people in the world to have to go through what he went through with his parents. It's a people helping people company and it's just something that changed my life and is changing thousands of other kids lives around the world. A+++ for this company.

Hello! Here is my genuine opinion on the company Vemma. I have done lots of research on other direct marketing companies and here is what I have found: Vemma is BY FAR the best one out there. It offers both the best compensation plan and the best product. It has amazing credibility, such as being supported and endorsed by [redacted] and [redacted]. My experience in this company has been nothing but positive. I have experienced so much personal development for someone of my age. The people who you encounter in this business are very motivated and are positive influences. If you do enough research, you will find that there really is nothing negative about this company. That is, IF you do enough research.

I've consumed Vemma products every single day for the past 7 months, and I can confidently say that I have not gotten sick with any sort of cold or other usual sickness in my time with the product. I STRONGLY feel that the anti-oxidant properties of the drink are benefitting me positively. I would highly recommend this product to my friends and family.

I have ordered product from Vemma and received it in a timely manner. The company has a very user friendly website. The product taste grate and grate for you. One of my shipment was damaged in the mail by the postal service. I call the company and they shipped out replacement product the same day.

Vemma nutrition company has incredible products, customer service, leadership, and CEO. I've never had any problems with the customer service. As far as the business goes, I couldn't speak more highly of it. I have been involved with Vemma for one year now. I thought I would share my thoughts to whoever may be interested in examining this company. Vemma has been nothing but a positive experience in my life. I am truly thankful for what the company has provided for both myself, my family, and my friends. I found their products to be truly beneficial to my health, as well as their compensation beneficial to my financial situation. There is always going to be people skeptical on whether this is a true opportunity or if it is just some "thing" that a bunch of crazy kids do. Well not that my opinion is going to matter to you or anyone else, but yes, this really is an opportunity as well as a legitimate and well functioning business. The opportunity comes in the fact of the timing of the business in it's associated field, where the current economy and job market is, as well as the products that the company has to offer to the public. The business side of things is supreme -- everything ran out of AZ, multiple case studies done on the health of the products, and complete transparency with what the company does. Anyone on the outside looking in can have as much knowledge as those that are apart of the company. This company has completely changed my life and for the better.

As for the opportunity and making money with the company, that is completely upon the person to ensure their success. Some make it work and some don't, but that is solely based on the ability of the affiliate to make it work or not. The company provides you with resources and tools to *help* you, but they do not do it for you. A common saying that the people in the company share is, "It works if you work." It's as simple as that. No secrets, no scams, no pyramid schemes. A business that operates off the ability of one to share his/her love for a product and refer others to that product. If they decide to buy the product then he/she gets compensated for that. If the new person buying the product refers that same product to others, then they both get compensated, for the sales they generated for Vemma. Simple. We share a product that makes us healthier, and have the ability to get paid for it. Great product, great opportunity, great company. Thank you.

I have been a customer of vemma for 9 months now and have never had any issues. Every month my product is on my doorsteps within 3 days of purchase, and it has always been the right product and never damaged. Whenever I have questions and need customer support, they answer within a few minutes and are always delighted to help a customer in need. This company is doing big things.

This business is amazing. It allows anyone to learn; sales, marketing, communication, socialization and compassion. I have never been with or worked for a company that builds up individuals and gives you the tools necessary to grow a business. Failure or success is soley derived from one's personal involvement and effort.

I love this company, I mean I know individual experiences may vary, but literally, the motivation and dedication you put into this company, you will get back. No bt empty promises. If you put the time and the work in to read the books, study, personally develop, leverage your up lines, and just follow the outline, you'll be rich.

The products are amazing and insanely healthy for you and from a business point of view, Vemma has an excellent marketing plan. What the CEO [redacted] has done for not only younger kids but everyone is given them an opportunity to become an entrepreneur and develop themselves. The best part is it's not even what this business can do for one person, it's what it can do for others.

Review: This is a multiple issue. My son was presented with a business opportunity, from his friend to join Vemma, as a "brand partner" with the potential to "retire his parents" and other unrealistic promises. He was given a minor/parent/legal guardian application form for me to sign to give my son consent for him to become a "brand Partner" of the Vemma Nutrition Company.My son is 16. I did not give my consent and I am still in possession of this application. Without my parental consent on 8/27/13 they set my son up with a website to market and sell their products, and on 8/28/13 they withdrew (fraudulently )$580.83 my sons teen checking account. The product they want my son to "market" came today via [redacted]. I refused the shipment and the product never left the [redacted] truck. However, I phoned Vemma prior to the shipping and prior to funds being withdrawn. She said I would have to pay to have the product shipped back and if they determined that the shipment was damaged they would not refund any of the $580.83. When I explained that my son was a minor and they did not have my permission to enroll him as a "brand partner" she informed me that they had no way of knowing how old he was.Desired Settlement: Full Refund and held accountable for their unlawful/unethical business practices.

Vemma Nutrition Company is a direct selling company that markets dietary and nutritional supplements to customers through a network of independent distributors referred to as “Brand Partners.” Brand Partners are independent contractors eligible to earn weekly commissions based on their volume of sales. Vemma does offer a minor program which allows minors between the ages of 14-17 to join Vemma with a notarized parental/guardian consent form. This program is being cancelled as of September 1, 2013.

In Ms. [redacted]’s complaint she stated that her son was presented with a business opportunity from his friend to join Vemma and was given a parental consent form which he presented to her but she never completed or submitted to Vemma. Unfortunately, although Ms. [redacted] states she was not in agreement with her minor son joining Vemma, he took it upon himself and signed up anyway, via his friend’s website, and signed a click wrap agreement stating he was over the age of 18. By entering this fraudulent information, we would have had no way of knowing that [redacted] was not over the legal age of 18. This action to set up an account for [redacted] was done fruadulantly by [redacted] and his friend, not by Vemma Nutrition Company.

We received a phone call from Ms. [redacted] on Tuesday, August 27 at which time she notified us that her son was a minor and she did not approve him joining Vemma as a Brand Partner. His account was terminated immediately and a full product credit was issued. It is not standard policy to issue credit for the cost of shipping, however in this case since [redacted] signed up fraudulently we will issue an additional credit for the cost of shipping and that credit should be received within 7-10 business days.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond and hope that Ms. [redacted] this a satisfactory resolution to her complaint.
