This company told me they can find a location for my combo snack machines, but after 6 months they was not able to find any leads even one. the locator that they assign never follow up and never respond the calls. now after six months I asked for my deposit refund but peter refused.

Review: This Company has failed to deliver on its agreement to locate 7 healthy vending locations and has refused to refund any monies paid up front. The agreement began 11/15/2012 with a promise to complete with in 30 days, but to continue until finished. that they located 5 units two of which need replacing per the warranty and that they have refused to honor this, that I was more than cooperative in aiding this process, and never refused a single location found as is my right to do so. that they promised an on the ground locator with in 2 weeks of start date, and did not send one for 4 months. that this person was in very ill health and on portable oxygen attempting to sell a healthy vending concept, was inadequately funded to do the job and where I advanced him monies and paid for his park fees to help him work. that I did everything I could to make this successful. that the company has since ceased all communication and that I have all supporting documents and e-mails of all matters providing proof the above.Desired Settlement: I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company but would welcome a refund instead. iam asking for full refund due to the fact that although they located 5, 2 already need replacing and I am now without a lifetime warranty.

Review: - Since october of 2012 I contracted All vending machine locators services for the placement of 1 machine.

- I didn't have 1 lead or 1 meeting with a possible client.

- I didn´t have a designated locator for more than 5 months.

- No follow ups with the client. ( I´m the one who do the follow ups because I read carefully the agreement about their policy of 30 days of not communication)

I asked for a refund, due to they failed to meet the contract terms, I wanted to solve this as soon as possible, but they never return my phone calls or my emails.

I tried to contact them several times an was impossible, they only said that the contract says no refunds, But they never got my location.Desired Settlement: Do a refund of $250 , that was the money that I paid for their services.

Review: This company takes money to find you vending locations. They make you sign a no money back document. They never intend to you find you any locations. They have fooled me for the last 3 and half months suggesting apartments, barber shops.... It is like you pay to get harassed. I have filed complaint with credit card company. Did my civic duty of posting to vendiscuss.net, and am posting here too. Not sure if I will get my money back, but wish to forewarn potential victims. When I found them on the internet previous victims had not voiced their grievances enough to be pulled on the top of google... Unfortunately for me I got sucked into their con game... Beware of Prime Vending Locators, Mr. [redacted], Mr. [redacted], Mr. [redacted] Mr. [redacted], Mr. J[redacted]....Hope this helps somebody for losing their money and peace of mind...Desired Settlement: The honesty and integrity of this company would only demonstrated if they refunded me the money they took from me. They have taken $187.50... I am working with my credit card company also, but since I signed the document basically saying I am willingly giving you this money to harass me... I am not sure who can help me, it at all... My intent is to help others from not getting conned like I got... Thank you for running this service...

Review: The company agreed to place vending machines for my business. After over 7 months, the company has failed to provide any level of service, and refuses to issue a refund or provide the service they promised. To date, I have received 0 qualified leads. The company is apathetic and refuses to provide any level of customer service.Desired Settlement: Full refund of every dollar I have paid this company.

I would like to take the time to address this complaint personally. This particular consumer has had three different personnel assigned to his account. His original order was for two locations. He did opt to accept one location we found him, a spot called Expert Piping Supply. He stated later that he wanted it moved due to poor performance. Now we do offer a guarantee to move the equipment for free for the first 30 days on a location, but this applies only when the business requests that the machine be removed, what we refer to as a "kickout" in our industry. We do not and cannot guarantee the financial performance of a location. Now we will move it for any other reason for half price. That warranty is the one listed on our website and is the one referred to by the consumer.

Now as far as obtaining the second location is concerned, as I had mentioned, we had different three people working this assignment. The buyer turned down all other locations that we sent him to tour. Now he had the right to reject locations on an individual basis, but not indefinitely. That is why the Vendor's Guidelines which Mr. [redacted] signed state in Section IX that once a job is taken on, there is no refund due to the expenses we have to incur. I am attaching a copy of these guidelines for your inspection.

Now we would be happy to move the equipment at Expert Piping Supply for Mr. [redacted] at half the original price paid. That again is our stated warranty as listed in Section XII of the attached guidelines. I suspect that the consumer may not be open to this suggestion. However, we do make this offer to him at this time in the hope of partially satisfying the consumer. Please let me know if you need any further information as regards this matter.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

1. The response states that I have reject locations "indefinitely". This is not the case. On the business' website, they state that they provide the best qualified locations for placement of machines. This business has not provided quality or qualified locations. The three individuals who have been assigned to my case have been incompetent in my opinion. Two did not speak English and did not accurately explain to prospects what the service was, what the product was, or even the correct product for that matter. One prospect was told that I was vending "Monster Energy" drinks. I sell 5-Hour Energy. Another prospect had no recollection of even speaking with the locator or expressing any interest in having a machine placed.

Review: I contracted with All Vending Machine Locators on 02/07/2013 to find a location for an ATM. I was told that a locator would be assigned and I should start receiving locations within a couple of weeks. As of 02/25/2013 my first locator said he had not located anything yet, but had several calls out. As of 04/30/2013 I had still not received 1 lead for a location. I contacted [redacted] the location manager who said she would assign [redacted] to my case who had located several ATM locations. As of 07/23/2013 I had still not received 1 location and wrote to [redacted] again. I was contacted by [redacted] the locator who sent me an hour away for an ATM location. When I arrived the owner of the store already had an ATM and just wanted pricing for ATM processing. I attempted to contact the company again on 07/23/2013, 10/26/13 and 01/13/2014 with no response. I called the company and attempted to speak with the owner on 02/03/2013. He was not available and I was told that they would put another locator on my case.Desired Settlement: I have given this company almost a year to do something they are supposed to be experts at. I would like a refund of my money, since they have not followed thru on getting me any locations.

Review: I would like a a full refund. I was under the impression that I paid $325 for a vending locator in my area to secure a location but instead I was given someone organizing leads from out of the area by phone. This is unacceptable, I am am totally dissatisfied. I would like a refund an an opportunity to find a local locator on my own that will do the job in person.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the purchase price. $325 to my credit card.

Review: To Whom It May Concern, I'm writing you to inform you about being a victim of fraud by the perpetrators, All Vending Machine Locators. This company was supposed to provide a location for my vending machine. I paid $75.00 USD back on March 1, 2013. This company provided me locations, however, every time I went to the location, the owner of the location informed me they did not have room for my vending machine. This happened at 5 separate locations. After the 2nd time this happened I specifically explained to All Vending Machine Locators that they need to be thorough and be sure there is room at the location because each time I had to transport the machines. They kept telling me it was fine just show up with the machines. I thought that was strange and that it would be more professional and courteous to set up a time to bring on the machine so you're not interrupting a business. After this happened for the 5th time and the owner of the company said they had no room (and they clearly did not) I was fed up. What is the point of their services if they don't do any prior investigation? Even minimal research such as, "does the location have space?!?" I informed All Vending Machine Locators that the situation occurred AGAIN. I received no response. I emailed them multiple times, called them on multiple locations- no response. It's been two months now and there is no call back. The least they could do was offer to resolve the issue and find a new location or give me a refund. Instead, their business practice is to ignore me completely, resulting in me having to file a complaint. I understand that monetarily, I'm not their most important client. But a little common courtesy to at least respond or resolve the issue and follow through on what they were paid to do is necessary. I've been a victim of a scam. I've done research on Mr. [redacted] and All Vending Machine Locators. This is a common practice by this company.. All Vending Machine Locators should be banned by the Revdex.com!Desired Settlement: Refund!

Review: I signed an agreement on October 14, 2013 and paid a $162.50 deposit to have this company find a location for one of my vending machines. I was asked for the criteria for my vending location so I specified certain cities. The first three locators assigned to my account were unresponsive, untimely and they failed to follow up or give me any viable leads. I contacted the owner of the company to inform him of my dissatisfaction with the locators. A fourth locator named [redacted] was assigned to my account to replace the other three locators. [redacted] was actually good about following up and giving me leads, however the leads were all bad, and they did not meet the criteria I had specified. The first lead [redacted] gave me, I went to the location as instructed only to find out the location already had vending machines and they had explicitly told [redacted] they weren't interested in any more machines. I wasted my time and gas on a lead that was bogus. The other two leads [redacted] gave me were also bogus---when I called each of the locations to schedule an appointment, the contact person told me they weren't interested in having a vending machine to begin with. When I contacted [redacted] to let him know to stop giving me bad leads he didn't respond, but proceeded to send me a fourth lead that was in a city I did not specify. I had emailed [redacted] to remind him that he was NOT to send me leads where the location wasn't even interested in having a vending machine. By this time I was completely frustrated with the slow progress. I first signed the agreement back in October 2013, and it is now the end of March---it's been over five months and I still don't have a location for my vending machine. As far as I'm concerned, this company failed to deliver the service they promised. I have everything documented in email, all the emails between me and [redacted] and the company.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund to my credit card or have this company finish the job they started.

Review: Close to one year ago, I submitted payment to Prime Vending for 5 initial locations, along with another location shortly after. I paid them $1,125 and then another $225. This was half a deposit, each location costing $550, with $2250 down. It was discussed that they would NOT use telemarketers (as also written in their contract) and would have someone physically going out to the location to get 6 ATM placements along with contracts signed. [redacted] and [redacted] assured me they would find 6 quality ATM locations and have their locator get the agreements signed.

Two months later, they provided the first location and contract. After this, [redacted] and [redacted] seemed to disappear for a bit. Another two months goes by and they send me a location where someone was possibly interested in an ATM, but I would have to send someone out to meet with the owner and get the contract signed. This completely went against the contract we signed with Prime vending, but we went ahead and sent someone out to negotiate and get the location. We still had to pay the $225 balance, although we went out and did all the work Prime was contracted to do. At this point 5 months had passed and we were desperate for a location so we did whatever we had to do.

After that, nothing has happened. It has been almost a year, and with payment for 6 locations, they provided one contract and one lead for a location. Numerous calls, e-mails, etc and still NO locations.

Both [redacted] and [redacted] come up with every different reason why they haven't provided the paid for locations, and refuse to refund the money saying they are paid to "try" to find locations not actually find locations. Huge scam. Stay away from these guys. They pretend like they're going to find you locations, then when they don't they keep your money and say they tried.

They currently have at least 17 claims against the, and I'm sure many more but they change their company name so much. They're now prime vendingDesired Settlement: As the 17 other reports against them have said (yes, they have 17), they don't provide the location and fall back on the fact that the do not 'give refunds' as they're contracting to 'try' to find locations but that's simply not the case. I paid this money to have a physical locator go to these locations, not a telemarketer, yet they used a telemarketer. It is CLEAR in the contract THEY signed they would have a physical person on the ground, yet they didn't. They didn't remotely meet their end of the agreement, and for that reason I would like a refund of the money.

Review: They took my money!! When trying to ask just general questions no response. WHen ask how are things looking as far as placement do we need to broden our area! No response.

Review: In February of 2014, I contracted with Prime Vending Locations to help me find a location to place my vending machine. I paid them $250 down. The locator they assigned did try to find me a location for our vending machine but no place he found wanted to place our machine. He continued trying. In April, hopeful I would be placing a machine soon, I paid another $250 to Prime Vending for another machine I needed placed, while they were still supposedly working to find me a location for the first machine. At that point, I received a call from another locator who spoke broken English. I gave him all of my criteria, and he came back with a location in another ZIP code. He had transposed the numbers in the ZIP code. He then found me a place that had 20 employees (my criteria was at least 80 employees to make it profitable for us). These locations did not meet the criteria I had given to Prime Vending and which they agreed to.I contacted Prime Vending after I didn't hear from that locator again, and they sent me another locator who spoke broken English and he also transposed the ZIP codes and found a location outside of the area. I contacted Prime Vending again, and received no response. I continued to contact Prime Vending for a month and received no response. I then sent Prime Vending an email stating I would begin leaving negative feedback if I did not hear back from them. I then received a phone call from the owner, [redacted]. He seemed sorry for the fact it was August and I still hadn't found one place to put our vending machines. He said he would have another locator contact me. That locator did contact me. He again spoke broken English and was difficult to understand. I never heard from that locator again nor from Prime Vending until I let them know I was filing a complaint with the [redacted] Then I received an email from the owner basically trying to defend his company and stating they had fulfilled their part, which they haven't.Desired Settlement: I replied to the owner in an email stating the only locator I would work with was [redacted] who tried to find me a location and stayed within my criteria. He has not replied back to me so I would like a refund. If he would assign [redacted] to find me four more locations within my criteria, I would be okay with that. If not, I would like a refund. (I agree [redacted] tried and found two that were good leads but just didn't pan out.)

Review: I hired this vending locator service back in October 2013. I paid over 300.00 to find five locations for my bulk vending machines. Unfortunately, I still have no locations. I have requested a refund from the owner and he said that you will not get your money back and hung up on me. I have no locations after this long amount of time. There were locators that were supposed to get me locations, one locator after six months obtained a few locations but it was not in the area that I requested. Now it has been almost a year and still no locations. I feel this may be a scam due to the online nature of this business. Review: [redacted] offered to locate my 3 new vending snack/drink machines for a fee of $375.00 each to a location in my general area. Not even 1 location was offered to me and this company charged my credit card for half the cost $562.00 It is now 4 months and this company has kept the charges while I continue to lose revenue.Desired Settlement: I am interested in quality locations as I was promised. The ownrs seem to be happy with holding my credit card charges while they offer nothing in return.

Review: I contacted Prime Vending Locations for a PRICE QUOTE for 3 Coffee Vending Machines. After discussing things and receiving the price quote, I told them that I would contact them after I thought things over. They have been harassing me ever since the first time I contacted them, and it turns out that they are not a reputable company. Research is always a great thing. This company used to go by the name All Vending Machine Locators. F Rating with the Revdex.com. Prime Vending Locations needs to cease contacting me!Desired Settlement: I will not do business with Prime Vending Locations, and their harassing me is wrong and very bad business. As stated in the complaint above, the previous company has an F rating, and I see why totally. Prime Vending Locations needs to cease contacting me. From the research I have done on another website, this is a Scam.

Review: I, stupidly, hired this company to locate 25 Breathalyzer machines for me. I told them that unless they stated in the agreement that my deposit of $3750 in its entirety would be refunded to me for all locations they were unable to place for me within our 60 day agreement. They did have a few locators who were supposed to be professionals to place my machines for me. I drove over 2000 miles to meet with a few of them, one of whom no showed for our scheduled meeting. This trip alone cost me over $500. I did everything and more of what I was supposed to have do to have met my responsibilities per our agreement. The locators turned out to be low lifes who were almost destitute people....nothing much better than street bums. Turns out the [redacted]'s are low lifes as well. They were unable to locate a SINGLE location for me! After our 60 day agreement I filed a claim with American Express to get my deposit back from these bums. The claim is still in litigation now, 5 months after our 60 day agreement was up. All Vending is trying to steal my $3750 based on a technicality. They claim I did not communicate with their locators in a timely manner thus voiding our agreement. They even had one of their locators named [redacted] write a false report to support their claim. I have email documents proving otherwise. [redacted] sent mea message apologizing for missing our meeting. I drove 500 miles one way to meet with this guy and he no showed. He then had excuse after excuse for not being able to get moving on my job. I answered emails within an hour of receiving them from other locators as well as responded to phone messages immediately on all calls. Obviously Mr. [redacted] and the [redacted]'s are in cahoots together. I sent two messages to All Vending Locators following this dispute, to which of neither they responded. I will do whatever I have to do to get my deposit back from these thieves. All Vending Locators are dishonest, deceitful, liars and thieves.Desired Settlement: The absolute only outcome I will accept is a full refund of my $3750. I will not accept any other compromise. I will not and do not do business with liars and thieves. These thieves should be in prison.

Review: The company was contracted to locate suitable locations for specialized vending machines in the GA area. The company was provided with parameters for these locations as well as geographical areas to be placed. The company was paid a sum of $1000 to begin this process which included telemarketers and "ground locators". The company provided potential locations that never met teh criteria that was given to them nor were ground locators ever sent to my location to work with me in the thirty days since the contract was signed. I sent numerous letters to the principals of teh company warning them of this problem and got no results. it is my contention that this company knows nothing about placing these kinds of machines and should have never accepted the job due to this lack of knowledge or experience. I have sent the owner a letter demanding a refund and even offered him to keep $200 for the very minimal effort that was put into this job and have not received any communication. The company also uses testimonials of people that are out of business and others that have NOT authorized them to use their company names.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $800 or the full refund. I am willing to give the company $200 for their very minimal effort, but want the rest returned to me.

Review: We contracted with this firm for locating services. We were very specific on our requirements and time frames. After paying the deposit on the 1st location, it took several calls and emails to finally get a locator to contact us, understand the agreement and begin the location project. After a week, we were provided with 1 unqualified location. They initially said no problem, we will find another better qualified location, and never did. After repeated calls and emails, the President ( so he claims) [redacted], sent an email to one of his locators asking for additional prospects, but we never received anything after that. They threw a couple names at us that we determined they never even called. They have ignored us at every opportunity and will no longer return calls.Desired Settlement: We spent 175.00 with them in exchange for nothing. I would like a refund and a note placed on the Revdex.com account as a warning to future prospective clients.
