Review: I purchased a mask. When it arrived I was not happy with the quality. It had residue of a white sticker on the mask. It looked like it had been worn. I felt that the price was very high for the quality. I asked to return it. They came up with various reasons why they did not want to take it back including that I had probably worn it. They said at first I could return it but pay a restocking fee. Then they said I could return it but buy something else. I agreed to the restocking fee but they just stopped responding to my requests for a return authorization. . I do not have confidence in doing business with them and I would like to return the item and get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a return authorization to be able to return the mask.

Quality products at competitive prices. I actually contacted the company to see if they offered bulk item discounts and they were very accommodating. I would recommend Venetian Mask Society for anyone looking for a top notch costume!
