Ventura County Airporter

Review: I was basically abandoned at the Airport (it was there last trip back to Ventura) standing under the Green sign as instructed. I had called to let them know I was on time and waiting. Talking to customer service was horrible I was interrupted and my complaint basically ignored. I asked what I could have done to assure being picked up and their reply was look harder for the Bus!? I was very puzzled and very dissatisfied with the service overall. I had been a long time customer. I had in hand a paid ticket. I ended up at home three hours later than expected around 2am and had to pay another service $77. When I called in Ventura Airporter refused to compensate me for the cost of the additional ride and/or the inconvenience.Desired Settlement: I expect at the very least an apology, refund of my unused ticket and compensation for the ticket I had to purchase to get home $77. I can provide the receipt.

Review: My elderly mother (89) and I prepaid for round trip tickets to and from lax. Went mom's 48th family reunion.transport to lax was a little rough for mom but without incident.Our return trip we were waiting in the green disignated area, terminal 4 when the driver pulls up in a unmarked area. The driver gets out of the van, checks part of the island, not where we are waiting,(i have photos)and uses a bullhorn to check for customers when he walks back to his van door. Driver then proceeds to pull away from curb crossing three lanes of traffic while I am waving my hands and yelling from the curb.I even ran into the street trying to get his attention with my mom worried for my safety. I called the emergency number, was put onhold, andwhen theoperater came back on the line she told me the driver would make a loop to come back and pick us up. I called two more times after that, speaking each time to a different operator. The third call It was suggested she refer us to other shuttle companies because the driver was on his way to oxnard. For $81 roadrunner was there within 10 min. We arrived home at 7:35pm, when we should have been home at 4:45pm. Mom was exhausted and I very stressed.In trying to receive (and denied) a refund, l was told by a supervisor, possibly a manager the van video showed the driver did everything right. I went to the business in ventura and viewed the video and it shows in my favor. Exactly the way I described what happened.They were rude, spoke over me and refused a refund.Desired Settlement: My mom lives off social security and payed for the shuttle to lax. She deserves a full refund as well as the $81 for roadrunner transportation.

Review: My parents pre-paid for a ride to the airport from Ventura County Airporter's headquarters. They arrived and parked their car. After being told to move their car, they moved their car. This caused a delay in their getting to the shuttle. Nonetheless they were only a few seconds from the shuttle. But the shuttle driver drove off right in front of them. The company said it was because they were "late," even though it was only a matter of seconds away from the shuttle. The company refused to issue my parents a refund. I called the company to ask again for the refund on behalf of my parents. The manager was rude, interrupting me mid-sentence. Then she refused to give a refund.Desired Settlement: My parents deserve a full refund and this business should fire their manager.
