Review: Safety is the issue here. My complaint is that a Girl was very drunk and falling all over the place, very rude, pushing aggressively, rowdy, the noisy and disorderly type and the staff wasn't even paying attention. She was doing this right in front of him, she almost knocked me down twice.The staff wasn't even paying attention to the safety of others surrounding her. This is the type of people this establishment allows in it's Club and that's how fights shootings etc... Break out. So for my safety I just left in the middle of the concert before a physical confrontation broke out, since staff was ignoring cause that's what it looked like. Then I called to complain and they would not allow me to speak to any other employ in charge of safety, like human resources etc...I can't even get the owners info. The people on the phone at the Box Office were very not caring type, they seemed to not even care to fix this situation like give me my money back or give a voucher even better for any show and I'll pay any difference. This was a terrible experience and in all the twelve years I've been coming to see my favorite performers put on a show.Desired Settlement: All I would like is if they would honor the value of that ticket for the night of May 18,2013.Where I paid $35.00. Allow me attend a show of my choice and I would surely pay any difference.
