An associate of Venture Pursuit, Inc made a cash as is offer on my house, sight unseen. They responded to all my concerns over the next 3 weeks. Signed the purchase agreement and then three days after escrow opened would not complete the agreement or deposit the earnest money.
I would NOT recommend doing business with this company. They are total flakes. I am trying to figure our what their scam is. Once I can figure that out, I will share. I learned from doing a little research that this company makes offers and then backs out at last minute hoping you will be behind on loan or become desperate so they can get it cheaper.
The associate I dealt with was [redacted], but [redacted] made the decision to not complete the agreement.

Review: Venture Pursuit call and made an offer on my house in [redacted] that I had up for sale. They drew up a contract to purchase my home. I spoke with them on and off for over 2 weeks and agreed to sign the contract. The contract was signed and sent on feb 18 with a 30 closing clause. a 100.00 deposit in escrow at abstract company and buyer would pay all closing cost. Today I get a email stating they are backing out. They never put money anywhere and when I asked got no response for a address or phone no. It was very clear where the house was prior to signing . Basically they feel they have to right to walk away from this contract without giving me the deposit of good faith . That they are not legally bund to now purchase even though we are in contract. I will send you a copy of all proof of deal. This home was to be purchased in ** and our law s are very different then San Deigos law when it comes to buyers/sellers and contracts. there only out was if the house was not as described and it is . It In Move in condition. Basically there blowing me off after I signed I don't know if they are scamming for ID fraud at this point. They were basically saying oh well this contract is valid and buyer should proceed to closing or forfeit the deposit. As ** law requires.Desired Settlement: . For [redacted] to give the address and phone no. of where the 100.00 deposit is as it should be in a escrow account. I truly feel the only way to make this right is to complete contract to closing on or as set forth in contract no later then 30 days of signing which was signed feb 18th 2016. If contract is not upheld then I will have to take further action.
