1/30/The customer (***) walk in our Salon at 01/17/She wants pedicure with Anne (nail technician) and Eye Brows wax with Lily The manager told her: Anne in vacation how about another nail technician do her Pedicure The customer (***) said no Then the
customer (***) with her friend language bad about our Business they made our Business down front of all customers and talking bad about another nail technician too So manager Lily Stoped the service for her eyebrows wax We did not wax her eyebrows at 01/17/ We pleased her to leave The customer (***) did not get what she wanted Then she got angryThe customer (***) complained almost us minutes in our Salon She took a picture of Lily She said she was going to pass and complain to a Revdex.com then she left The customer (***) made trouble for our Salon For no reason I didn't call police because she has been long time with our salon
The customer (***) did not honor our Salon, she made our Business down front of all customers we have right to no service for her The customer (***) Behavior and her language hurted our feelings We have a right to protect our right tooWe have nothing to apoligize to her She should apoligize to us about what she said to us how she hurted peoples feelings, she doesn't do pedicure is ok, she doesn't need to hurt peoples feelings and make people down! Why she bring Anger to people? to us?

Before we start to process we alway told the price for the full set and extra for long nail and extra some of shape if the costumer not agree we not start to do it and we all so already have in the price list tooBut she said okay than we start to process her nail until done she doesn't show me the
picture yetBefore she go to wash her hand I told her please check ur nail everything goodShe check her nail one minute and said she want the fileI gave the file to herShe file a little bit on the shape of nail and said Okay than she went to wash her handAfter she alreakdy paid I start to polish on her nailAfter I done with my polished I ask her Do u like the color? and she said yes, than I'm let her sit and dry the polishShe sit dry about minutes alreadyShe call me have something to talkShe said she not happy with her nails because her nail is not look like exactly the same with the picture in her phone that she got from websiteShe want some refund from meI told her we can't do that because in the sign in paper have Warning No ReFundShe said she doesn't want full refund it just someI still said no I can't do thatThis time she want me to fix her nails to be a nail the same exactly in the pictureI said the picture they edit some and the size of fingers different tooI can do similar, it not the same exactlyShe said about minutes about other nails shop give her some refund when she not happy with her nailshe want some refund from me if not my business gonna lost the service and lost the costumer because that is the first time for her to came here she told meI said that's ok I don't care a bout the costumer look like you lost or not.She call her mother come in and talk to me try to get some refundHer mother said Can u give her about 5$ for refund.I still said sorry I can'tHer mother try to explain me with her experience with any shop when she said not happy they alway refund some money example look like a hair shopI still said no I can't because we have our rule and we have Warning in the sign in paper No Refund5$ is not a big deal but I'm not happy to give the costumer look like herFor over price that she said let me explainShe want a full set with coffin shape and long nail.The full set price is 28$coffin shape is 5$Long nail like she want 8$Total is 41$41$ plus tax is= 44.08$What is we charged over tax like she said?Best regards thx,From Venus Nails

I am rejecting this
response because:
Lily and whoever she got to write her response (because she OBVIOUSLY didn't
take the time to do it herself) are making falsified reports.
These are the facts:
Not
ONCE did I EVER use profanity while speaking with her, her husband, or
while having a private conversation with my aunt NOR did I raise my
voice while speaking to them.
I
certainly did not sit there and complain for minutesI did however,
ask one of the clients (who had just been serviced, by the technician that Lily
suggested I let do my pedicure) how he did and she made a face that said
it allThe client also mentioned as she was leaving, that he was not the
best, but for right now it would sufficeSo with that response it sealed
the deal that I would wait until Anne returned from vacation before I got
a pedicure at this shop

also did not ask me to leave her shop Had she done that, I would
not have sat there waiting for minutes to get my eyebrows waxed

is in fact the one who got angry when she didn't get what SHE
wanted As I stated in my prior complaint, she kept telling me to
let someone else do my pedicure and because I did not cave in, SHE had an
attitudeShe was so obnoxiously adamant about it, that she actually had
the technician run the water in the pedicure tub after I had
already told her "No"At which point, I told him MYSELF that I
was NOT getting a pedicure, only a waxI would also like to note that
this is normal, yet unprofessional behavior for her For example, If
I come in to get a manicure, she's very pushy and insists that I get
additional services such as; a pedicure, or pay more for a full set, or
even a waxing
As
far as my putting her shop down in front of her customers, there was only
ONE person in the shop when I stated that I would be contacting the Revdex.com
That is not a crime! I also mentioned to her husband that she exhibited
poor customer service skills and had a nasty attitudeShe herself should be embarrassed at her own
behavior while she had customers in the shop for the way she treated me!! Her
husband certainly was!! Even to the point that he tried to convince me not to
be upset with the way she was acting because the person she took in front of me
had called in and made an appointment (which was also a LIE). Just like
she THINKS she has the right to treat people any kind of way, as a consumer I
ALSO have rightsI tried to go about things in a professional manner
and all I asked for was a simple and sincere apology for her rude
and unprofessional behaviorShe not only refused to do so but also
responded to the complaint and blatantly liedI have a
witness as to what went on that day and I will continue to fight this matter
until I'm satisfied with the conclusionEven if that means taking some sort of
legal action. Because of her refusal to apologize after mistreating me,
wasting my time, and now on top of everything else, also LYING about me I WILL be
getting in touch with my connections at the local news, and other local media
outletsI tried to get things resolved amicably, but she leaves me no choice
I have also contacted and filed a formal complaint with the local Health
Department and the Virginia Board of Cosmetology to look into the
unsanitary and filthy conditions at her shop. I have been a regular
customer at the shop for several years and also brought in additional clients
It is a shame that it had to come to thisI have taken enough abuse from this
woman and it is time that some type of action be taken

June 20, 2014This customer's complaint has been received and carefully reviewed. While we constantly strive for 100% customer satisfaction, occasional some alterations need to be made in order for a customer to feel completely happy with the finished nail service. In this particular instance...

in question, we attempted several times to adjust our services to meet the request of the customer but to no avail. The customer visited the shop two days in a row and received as always exceptional care despite the constant requests to tweak our finishing techniques. On this occasion, the customer’s original request was to have a foil acrylic set of nails removed then replaced with a fresh acrylic full set topped with polish. As a frequent loyal customer we were happy to take the time to adjust the service to her particular style; however the customer continually changed her mind on the type of nails she wanted during this visit. We were asked to remove the application twice which required time to have the nails soaked for about 15 minutes in a removal solution. During the soaking time we kindly asked if she minded if we serviced another quest while her nails soaked and she said it was fine.The customer left and returned the next day wanting more adjustments to the finished product which we agreed to work with her. She received 2 hours of dedicated attention on day 1 and another 45 minutes of attention on day 2 and still was unhappy. On day 2, the customer began to become frustrated and began to make a scene but making several insulting remarks and raising her voice. It was very insulting to say the least and we felt like slaves and not professionals hired to do a service. She was so disrespectful that we had to ask her to leave. She didn’t stop the complaints and then took matters into her own hands and finished her nails but applying her own techniques with our equipment and nail polish.We feel that services were rendered above and beyond the cost of services she received due to the several attempts to tweak to her style and do not agree a refund is owed. She was able to receive over 3 hours of professional service as well as apply her own techniques before leaving our shop.Sincerly,

Review: I used this particular nail salon for almost a year now. The location is convenient so I put up with bad customer service and dirty salon. The owner [redacted], is the person that does my nails. At times she's very rude if I would make a request and she is supposed to be the owner. I call ahead to make sure she is available before I go and she lies even if she is not. On Monday May 5th I made an appointment went in and spent $55 dollars for a nail service. She stopped doing my nails for 15 mins and left to take care of another client. I asked specifically to have the nails a smaller style because I am getting callus on my fingers around the nail because of the size of the nails and the style. Becasue she made me wait and I was on my luch break I couldn't staty that day and after I asked her several times she did not do what I wanted. So today I called ahead and wanted to have them shaped because they nail size was simply too big! She completely ruined my nails and shaped them so crooked and just got up from her chair and told me to get out and leave and not to come back! She also said because I didn't want to pay her $5! So I got up and left and had to drive to another salon and pay them extra to correct what she did! $70 later, I am disgusted by the way she thinks she can treat customers! I felt humiliated and I had no problem paying again to have my nails fixed! She does not deserve to own a business and they should be fined and shut down! There was another women as I walked in that was unhappy with their services.Desired Settlement: Although $70 is quite a bit of money for a single time nail service, this is more a matter of principal. I have NEVER filed a compliant before and this is my first time. But [redacted] is a business owner and the abusive treatment of clients is unaccetable. Not only the place is filty but they pretty much do whatever they want! No health codes or standards of conduct. Can anyone just set up shop in this country and abuse customers? She has a sign that reads NO REFUNDS! Now I know why!
