My name is [redacted], my wife [redacted] back in February went to Vera [redacted] shop to inquire about her wedding dress, she really liked one of the dresses and they asked her for a deposit which she did for the amount of $2500, On another meeting with Vera [redacted] dated 4/**/2015 another deposit was required of $1535 and received a document from them stating the total amount of the dress $7970 with the laces required and all what it comes with.

The dress was suppose to be ready by 4/*/2015 which of course it wasn't ready, we were advised on 4/30/2015l from vera [redacted] to come on 5/8/2015 to try the dress, we were asked to pay upfront the total remaining balance of $4751.23 or we not allowed to go to fitting room, we paid it as we liked the dress and we were proceeding with it, while inside the fitting room the sales Person Megan Lagattuta approached us stating that the dress will cost us another $5000, here we were in shock and didn't know what to do as we couldn't afford the dress at this time anymore, we left the fitting room and advised Megan that we don't want to proceed with the dress, here with all the stress I immediately contacted american express dispute center and advised them about the situation, the rep from amex over the phone told me personally, don't worry mr Semaan we will dispute the charges and go ahead and purchase a new dress with anyone else, the second day my wife started shopping and found a dress with another designer for $6500 that fits our budget. We got married in july 2nd and since then its been hell to recover our monies from vera [redacted] they still have the dress and they are not willing to give any refund on the dress, now I'm stuck with the 6500 that we paid for the second dress and the 8000 from vera [redacted] 1st week of june they emailed us stating that the will refund $4751.23, my wife replied to them by saying thank you but we already got our monies from american express as thats what we thought but american express failed to refund us anything and failed to have the merchant send us $4751.23 that they agreed to refund. I need my money back as I can't pay for something I didn't get, they mislead us all the way till the end and now they have our monies. They still have the dress same as it was in the showroom with no modification and they could sell it easily.

I can't describe to you how frustrating is to be dealing with this especially few days after our wedding and until now we still didn't come to a solution. Hopefully the Revdex.com can help us get over this nightmare.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND
