Review: WIFI is very slow! I talked to them on [redacted]. Told me they would fix this-did not!! AND I am supposed to get a $300 Pre paid [redacted]they lied!! I started using this service in March 2015--called them a few times and they told me if I pay my bill on time, I will get the prepaid [redacted]! I did pay my bill on time, called them AGAIN at the end of June, now they told me I will NOT get the prepaid [redacted]!! Why am I paying over $90 each month??? It is supposed to be $49 each month!!Desired Settlement: Internet-want money back for paying for nothing from march 2015!
I want the $300 prepaid-they promised to me!
