Vernon Tire and Auto Center

A few weeks ago, I had to get a tire sensor. [redacted] said he installed an original equipment,when the light sensor did not go off I went to Nissan and they inform me the sensor was not original therefore light could not be reprogram. I called Terry, he said he would reprogram. Long story short, I ask for a refund. Would you believe he charge me $25 dollars to remove the sensor! [redacted] is not a trustworthy person. I would never ever recommend.

Review: I crashed my moms car into a guard rail. I brought it to Vernon tire and auto center to get it looked at not fixed. I had to go back the next day to pay for the towing and to put a down payment on the work which I told him that I didn't want to have it done there because it was to much money, so I didn't put any money down or sign anything for him to start it. the next day my mom called him and told him were getting the car towed out of there but he said that he started to work on the car and that we needed to bring down $1203.75 or else he wouldn't give us back our car. we told him that we never wanted the car to get fixed to just take it off the lift that we don't have the money for it but he wouldn't do it and he said that since he ordered the parts already he has to do it and we have to pay. my mom called the cops and even I called the cops and told them about it and they said that there not gonna do anything because it was a civil matter and they have nothing to do with it. so in the end we had to pay for the car to get mostly done which we never told him to do or put any money down or even signed anything for us to get are car back. I would like to get my money back for something I never wanted done and for him to get in trouble because your not suppose to do that and you are not suppose to hold someones car if they don't want the work done there.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back ($ 1,203.75) because he forced us to pay him and held my car because we didn't want the work done there. And he kept giving us a hard time and said we said we would bring him the money but we never did say that. He even admitted to us afterward that he was wrong and should of not done anything without our permission but he did not resolve the actual problem.
