Review: I began doing business with this company June 2012. I have had no problems with the company/representatives until Friday, 07/05/13. I had a 32" LG Flat screen TV delivered to my home on 06/18/13. At the time of ordering this purchase via phone, I requested a 32" LG TV, but at time of delivery, a 32" JVC was delivered. The wrong TV was taken back & the correct TV was delivered. On Friday, 070513, I received a call from [redacted] (co rep) & he was looking for payment on TV. I explained to him that I had turned in a coupon for pay for 2 weeks/get 2 wks FREE. He looked in computer & he said okay he saw that & apologized for the call. Approx. 6:00pm on the same day, 2 co reps came to my home ([redacted] & [redacted]). As soon as I began speaking about the coupon & situation, [redacted] interrupted me as I was speaking. I politely asked him to please allow me to finish. He called the store manager & put him on speaker. I began to explain situation to manager & he said he would pull my agreement & call back. I received no call back. [redacted] then made a comment about just pay your bill on time at which time I explained to him I didn't appreciate his rudeness/unprofessionalism. On, Tuesday 070913, I called into the store & identified myself & manager asked how he could help me & I began to explain the situation to him. As I was explaining, he interrupted me immediately & I politely asked him to allow me to finish speaking at which time he began raising his voice at me. I asked him to lower his voice & he continued being unprofessional, rude & disrespectful. I asked to speak with his boss and he said he was boss/owner & no one is above him. Since he continued to be rude, I ended the call. I called the Ohio store in search of owner of chain of stores & I spoke with a Co rep-[redacted] who informed me that [redacted] was owner & he took a message for me to give to [redacted]. At approx. 11:30am, 2 Co Reps came to my home & the one co rep indicted to me that[redacted] is accustomed to rude customers which I wasn't.Desired Settlement: I would like a formal apology from the manager[redacted] as well as [redacted] for their manner of speaking to me. I have been a loyal & on time paying customer (with the exception of 1 instance in May 2013 when I was on vacation). And, I did not deserve to be treated and spoken to in the Rude/Unprofessional/Disrespectful manner in which I was by [redacted] & [redacted].

To Whom It May Concern:
After reading the deceptive and untruthful narrative written by [redacted], I regret to inform you that no apology will be issued from our company.
On approx. June 18th [redacted] placed an order over the phone to rent an LG 32" TV. [redacted] never specified brand or model. My employees attempted to deliver a JVC brand TV which [redacted] refused. Upon refusal an immediate replacement was sent out which to my knowledge was acceptable to [redacted]. [redacted] signed a rental agreement which clearly stated her next due date and no discussion of any coupon for two weeks free was made. Furthermore our company has not had a coupon promotion in over a years time.
When [redacted]'s account became past due account manager [redacted] visited [redacted] at her residence in regards to collccting a payment. [redacted] stated that she gave the delivery drivers a coupon for two weeks free which [redacted] explained 10
her that no such coupon existed. [redacted] called into the store and I could hear [redacted] yelling and I was unable to have any type of meaningful conversation with her or my employees. [redacted] informed me that [redacted] would be visiting the store the next day to discuss the situation. [redacted] did not come into the store.
