Verona Gun Safe

Review: I went to purchase a fire arm for first day of buck session from Verona Gun Safe store. Upon arrival I was sold a 12 gauge bolt action shot gun for $112.12. I payed for the gun. And then the store informed me I had to fill out a federal fire arm application. So prior to filling out the this application I was never told and did not see it stated anywhere that there was a fee for denial of this application. I was denied and so I was standing there waiting for my refund. I asked for my refund and the sales clerk handed me back $25.12. I then questioned the clerk "where's the rest of my money". At that point the clerk reached under the counter and pulled out a sign that stated there is $75 fee if your denied by the state. At this point" I told them I never heard of such a policy". They said this is has nothing to do with us but what the state charges. They took the gun back and would not refund the rest of my money. I was not told about the 75 dollar refusal fee and their rules were not posted anywhere visually or stated verbally prior to the transaction. I was sold the gun without being informed about a 75 denial fee verbally or visually. I went to other stores and was informed that there the state does not charge a $75 denial fee.Desired Settlement: I want the 75 dollars refunded because I was never told about the policy or see it posted anywhere. They had it hidden under a counter.
