very poor maintainence , apartment was flooded for three days. after contacting versatile we waited three days and had to threaten to call the police, of course they violated the 704 laws and retaliated by not renewing our lease. nasty lady managing fox shores apt.s.

I am a current resident of the [redacted] in [redacted] I have lived here since May 2014 and have not had the best experiences here. Most of the unpleasant experiences were from other reaidents/neighbors. Either parting, being loud, having dogs that are not allowed, cops being called on apartments and now the latest, being accused/blamed for smoking pot. This mainly upsets me because of how it has been handled. First off in the apartment it's myself, my girlfriend and our 2 year old daughter. We have never touched the stuff nor do we smoke and never have. We live a very healthy lifestyle and promote health. The time of this instance we weren't even staying at our apartment. We had family from out of town in town and we're all staying at my girlfriends parents house for a week. During this week we stopped at home 2 times for maybe 10 minutes each time to pick up clothes for when I had to work. We have new neighbors who were parting all weekend and have only been here for 2 weeks and had the cops called already. When cops were called for the smell of pot, we were with girlfriends family eating and playing board games. We were also at an amusement park place during the day. At night we were playing clue at parents house. Cops came and knocked on all 4 of our doors and everyone answered and let them in except for us, because we weren't home. When I came home from work last night had a note on our door stating that we are on warning and being blamed for the pot. This note is on our door a week after the original incident and 1st time we heard of any of this. The note also stated that our neighbors knew for a fact that we were home.. Thats interesting? Our car is gone, we have pictures of the day being at all of these other places. So when I call the office the property manager is condescending and basically said well it has to be your apartment because you didn't answer the door. Really? This is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I work full time and go to school, my girlfriend works part time and watches our daughter. We have only gotten a noise complaint once at 1 in the afternoon because our little one had 2 friends over and they were running around. Which we knew they were being loud and we're trying to stop them. Just very upset on how this was handled, especially the with the severity of the accusation.
