Verus Case

Review: I bought a phone case on amazon from the company, they claimed this product would "protect my phone" from any damages. I dropped my $700 samsung galaxy s6 off my lap and it fell to the floor and the screen smashed. They refused to take responsibility for their product that did not work propperly. I now have to pay $200 for a new phone. They refused to compensate me in any way for their defective procut claiming its not their fault if our case does not protect your phone. They have an absoutly ridiculous "warranty program" if you would even call it that. They basically say if our product does not work we are not liable for any damages. They are now ignoring my emails and I have no more options. They are criminals in my opinion and should be shut down.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be them sending me $200 to cover the cost of the new phone I now have to purchase and for them to be kicked off of the amazon website so other people do not have to go through what I have had to deal with.
