Marcie came out to do the testing but it took her a long time to set up the appointment (she didn't return phone calls or emails) . After the testing she told us to email her for an appointment the week of July 6, 2015. I emailed her the next day and phoned. With no response I resent emails and phoned again. A week later she emailed back saying they had filled all their appointments un the end of July. She accused me of not emailing her back quickly enough even though I did the next day after she picked up the test kit. Very poor customer service and very rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
