We are currently working with the homeowner to rectify his complaint.  We have been in contact with the homeowner and we are working on getting his concerns on the schedule.

Review: I had Vesel Services install a new roof and 12 new windows for our house. In general we are happy with the work. The frustration lies with the total disconnect of getting back with us about a problem we are having. 2 of the windows need work (one is broken) and we would like them fixed. Vessel has given us dates that they were coming to fix them and they do not show up. I call and leave messages and they do not call back! For all the money we spent, not to mention our son spent, you would think they would care to finish the job or at least return a phone call.

Here is the most mind-boggling part of the whole deal: We are planning on replacing the last 9 windows this year so we were future business for them. Now all I want is someone from Vessel to stop ignoring our phone calls and fix the problem so that we can be done with them. I am forced to do the next work from someone not local.Desired Settlement: Just come fix these two windows and do not use us for a referral.

Vesel Services 655 92nd Street Franksville, WI 53126 January 13, 2016 Vesel Services is extremely appreciative of the business that we received from the homeowner. We are aware of the extreme frustration that the homeowner is currently experiencing and we can share in that frustration. We have done our best to get the replacement glass sash and the plastic stop that is cracked from the supply company and they are aware that we are anxiously awaiting the delivery. It currently is out of our control, once the materials arrive we will be diligent in taking care of this cracked window. Please do not assume that we have the materials and are ignoring the homeowner. We have informed the homeowner that the supplies have not arrived and we will notify him when it arrives. We also went through the holiday season during this time frame, when again things were out of our control. The supply company has deliveries only on Thursdays which landed on Christmas and New Year’s. That was also conveyed to the homeowner in conversations. Our sincere apologies, we will take care of this homeowners concerns once it is in our possession to replace the cracked window.

I recently had Vesel Services remove and reroof my home I was so happy with the job they did, I also had them replace all of my windows.Very satisfide with quality , price , and service

Review: We were in the process of purchasing this house, the previous owner had contacted Vesel services to install the new roof. The roof was installed in the dead of winter 2013, which we had a very heavy snow season and they still installed the new roof. We were told they were going to use a lifetime guarantee Owens Corning ware shingle, but again no warrant has been provided. Prior to installation we had contacted Vesel to pay for the upgraded shingles to be installed. We were told we would receive the warrant for the upgrade, which we have never received after numerous phone calls. We have been extremely patient in waiting for this warrant, but again they never return any calls. We were also told that a barrel roof was to be re-shingled, it appears to have been done, but we have since found out that it was done incorrectly and with inferior shingles. They did attempt to repair the barrel roof, but again it was just a patch job and not done correctly and it doesn't match the house and it looks bad.Desired Settlement: We would like the warrant explaining that the correct shingles were used and also a repair done correctly to the barrel roof.

[redacted] at vesel services came to my residence for a quote on roofing. Was very happy with his work and crew that I hired him to also do my siding and window all the work looked very good. I have also referred him to my in-laws and he is doing there job now, and looks great.
