Veterinary Clinics Berlin-Ripon

We called office for help with a horse that was sick. The on-call "doctor" called us back within about half an hour. When I started to explain the situation (we had been working with our local vet and had been following his instructions but was unable to physically help us, he told us to call in another vet so we called Veterinary Clinics of Berlin) the on-call doctor (who I found out later was the owner of the business) interrupted me mid-sentence and scolded me for not calling until late in the evening. I tried to explain to him that we had been working with our amazing vet but he was unable to get to us, the doctor got upset with me and I told him he was being unprofessional and asked him to treat me with some respect as I was worried about our sick hose and he responded that I obviously wasn't as I had waited so long then he hung up on me. When I called the business to file a complaint I was told the owner would contact me, upon hearing his voice I knew my complaint would go no where. I have NEVE been treated so rudely by a business owner especially when it comes to the health of a cherished animal. We contacted another vet, however I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time with the Veterinary Clinic of Berlin as maybe the horse could have been saved if the doctor wouldn't have been so horrible to deal with. I will NEVER do business with them again and will never recommend them to anyone that cares for tier animal.
