Thank you so much for calling and bringing *** *** concern to meUpon review, I have discovered some internal errors relative to his accountThe Customer Service Representative that he spoke with, has only been with us for a month, and had just started working shifts on her ownNeedless to say, mistakes were made.
We have corrected the account, and will be crediting *** *** back immediately for the charge.
There is a team staff meeting this evening, where this situation will be discussed, and appropriate trainingOur team will also be drafting a letter of apology to *** ***.

Review: I had to bring my dog in for emergancy care and, unfortunatly, she needed to be euthanized. In my distraught and depressed state, I unintentionally used my debit card instead of my credit card. My checking account had insufficient funds to cover the costs of the visit. The next day, before the transaction was processed, I called to notify them of my mistake. They advised there would be a fee to complete a relatively simple task. Concidering I had trouble covering the initial costs, I was yet again left in a distessed state a day after, hit with even more charges. I made a competely understandable mistake which costs me even more then what I had already been charged on top of losing my dog. This company had no reason to think I was a customer that attempts to do this on a constant bases which would totally justify said fees.Desired Settlement: I would like to refunded the 4.5% fee I was charged.
