Review: I ordered a putter shaft from Vibrant Golf and I received the wrong shaft so it did not fit in my putter. I contacted Vibrant Golf to let them know what happened and to explain the correct shaft I needed. Finally after a few attempts they sent me a new shaft at no charge. Unfortunately the 2nd shaft they sent me was the wrong shaft again and it does not fit in my putter. Therefore, I have since attempted to contact Vibrant Golf via phone more than a dozen times and via email more than a dozen times. I have explained that I will send back both incorrect shafts but I will not be responsible for the return shipping since the mistake was their fault, not mine. I have yet to receive a return phone call or even a reply to my emails to explain what is going on or to have a conversation about the situation. All I am asking for is 1) Some sort of communication from Vibrant Golf, and 2) the correct putter shaft be sent to me.Desired Settlement: Replace the 2 incorrect shafts with the correct putter shaft. If they are unwilling to exchange the shafts for me then I would like a full refund of my purchase.
