order when we put in the original order. We were made aware of this oversight on October 29 by an email. We receive many emails and calls from clients every day. We do our best to return all calls and emails in a timely manner. Many times clients do not leave us their name or their phone number and sometimes when calling from a cell phone we can not understand them, they cut in and out or they speak so fast we can not get all their information. When this particular client called me on my personal cell phone I was on location busy taking pictures. I asked her to call the studio so she could talk to one of my employees as I had no way to write down her phone number or get her any information about her pictures. The missing pictures were ordered soon after we learned of our mistake. The color lab that we as well as many other studios use was backed up do to the high volume of school portraits, sport pictures and Christmas orders to print. This clients pictures were delivered to the school as soon as we received them on December 3.

I did receive the portraits. However, this particular business has very poor customer service and I was not the only customer who did not receive their portraits on time. I called the business many times and never got a response, both by email and telephone. Emails don't cut in and out and I left both my name, phone number and address, so she had many ways and opportunities to contact me and never did.
