Victor Tomlin Electrical

Review: Mr. Tomlin was recommended to us when we needed an electrician. He came to our home, looked at our issues (electrical shortouts) and presented an estimate which required a partial downpayment. We agreed to the service and wrote a check #[redacted] for $450.00 deposit against the $878.00 invoice.Over the course of three days, Mr. Tomlin said he would come to our home for perform the services but would never show. We had to take time off to do so and when he wouldn't show, we would call him. He assured us and said he was running late. This went on for three days. Finally, it became apparent he was not going to come to our home.We sent numerous texts, left phone messages and sent an email asking for a refund minus the charge he would charge for his initial visit. To date we have received no response from Mr. Tomlin. We even involved the person who recommended him (a mutual friend) who shared Mr. Tomlin had said he would be sending a refund. That was over a month ago and we have received nothing.Desired Settlement: we would like a refund of $478 less $80 for his one time appt.
