*** *** called Victoria Classics on 8/18/2016 and was transferred to me from our operator with a complaint about a comforterI spoke with Mr*** and listened to his complaint in regards to a comforter he had purchased and tore after it was washed in the washing machineI told
Mr*** (no questions asked) I would help him out and asked him for his contact information letting him know that I would get back to him with information on what we can doSince the person who usually handles customer service issues was not available that day, I took the initiative to look at the pictures that Mr*** sent me via email and tried to figure out through the pictures what style he purchasedOn 8/19/2016 I emailed Mr*** and asked him for his address and indicated we would send him out another comforter setMr*** sent me his address and I told him we would work on getting him his replacement and that we were sorry about what happenedAt that point I put the wheels in motion to locate a brand new comforter to send to himThis process needs to be done through our inventory system and warehouses across the countryOn 8/I located a comforter for him and put in a transfer requestThis process takes a few daysI checked on the status prior to leaving on vacation 8/- it was still pendingI was on vacation from 8/thru 9/- just returning todayAs soon as I got in, I followed up on the comforter and was told by management that Mr*** had filed a complaint against Victoria Classics and had referenced meWe were just notified today that a new shipment came in and we will be sending Mr*** his new comforter via UPS tomorrowI will send him the tracking number once the shipment is completeWe have a very large comforter business and locating exact styles is not easy, especially if they were shipped a while ago to our customers, just as this style wasWe apologize for the delay but will be sending out his comforter soon

Review: I purchased a comforter made by the company in complaint title. I called the company and spoke with a Dianna Kopolow about the issue. She then via e-mail asked me for my address and said they would send me another comforter. That was more than two weeks ago and when I contact via e-mail or phone I get no response.Desired Settlement: I would like what I was promised and if they want the other comforter they can even send me a postage paid slip and I will be more than willing to go to UPS and send it back to them.

We were just notified today that a new shipment came in and we will be sending Mr. [redacted] his new comforter via UPS tomorrow. I will send him the tracking number once the shipment is complete. We apologize for the delay but will be sending out his comforter soon.
