we puchased some plants when got home we noticed bugs so we called to Victoria gardens just to be told there is nothing wrong just plant them we did about 1 month the plant was dead we took plant back to Victoria gardens We were the plant was not dead '
all the while the persons voice was very loud and at one she screamed she does not replace any plants we left very upset we work very hard for our money and spend it very carefully Customer sevice is very important Victoria Garden lacks it all

Review: I contracted to have [redacted] the [redacted] of Victoria Gardens put in a retaining wall and garden for me in April of 2013. She arrived to put the garden in mid August and instead of having the wall done first she planted first and they damaged the garden and some plants when they put in the wall August **,2013. [redacted] never came back to see the damage they had done. When I complained about the way it looked, she agreed the wall should have been done before the planting. She would not identify the plants for me as promised, so I had no idea if I had received the plants I was billed for. This April 2014 I called for replacement of plants that died & maintenance of the garden and mid June her worker came and finally gave me a drawing to identify the plants and she informed me I was missing 8 plants from my Invoce that totaled $5260.59, $1584.00 of which was labor to plant the garden and the average plant is $30.00 each. I was never informed that [redacted] did not want to maintain the garden because I was unhappy with the way it was left in 2013. I waited until July ** to hear back from them and sent an email. Today I was informed she would send a check for $128.75 for the 8 plants. I responded and asked her for the cost of labor to have them replanted and she said no.Desired Settlement: I would like them to replace the plants by planting them and completing the garden.
